I didn't want to take the time to send my Tervis cup back but it had scratches all over the black revealing the metal underneath. Annoying!

Gr8 product

Very sturdy, doesn't dent near as easily as most others. Capacity is just right. The cap design takes some getting used 2, but works. Really like the design of the bottom & how it's not just the bare metal like most of the other brands. Keeps ice my whole 12hr shift! Only complaint is I wish it was slightly more narrow in diameter so it would fit in my car cup holder, but I lay it dwn on the seat & no leaks, so that's a plus.
