1st One Sprung 3 Holes. 2nd One is Good.
Disclosure: I had a poor experience with my original March 2020 purchase and I have waited to review to see if there would be an issue with the replacement that I received in July. Here is my honest review according to my personal experience... Pros: I love this tumbler. It is much larger than my other travel mugs. Great for long trips or just for a big cup of coffee at home. 30 oz is a lot of coffee. It keeps beverages hot for many hours. The quality and paint detail are excellent. So far, no chips or scratches in the finish. Cons: This is my second one. First one developed 3 small holes along the seam at the bottom and the tumbler began taking on liquid between the stainless steel walls. You could shake it and hear the liquid inside. The holes were in a triangle and definitely a problem in workmanship. Sadly this was after the original Amazon 30 day return policy expired. I called Tervis and the customer service rep was a little short and intolerant. 30 days is their warranty too. I asked her if this is a common problem with Tervis products. She said she personally has seen this happen one other time. She could not help me. I called Amazon next and the rep was wonderful. I had the replacement in my hand the next day. I have had many stainless steel tumblers and I have never had a leak in the workmanship. This is my first Tervis. I was surprised by the amount of liquid this one suddenly took on and I was reluctant to accept another. I was offered my choice of refund or replacement. Because I am a huge Disney fan and I otherwise loved this tumbler, I decided to try one more time. So far, this one is holding and living up to expectations.

The rubber seal on lid and paint peeling.
The only problem I have is the rubber seal on the lid doesn't stay in place, it keeps flipping and won’t close correctly until I fix the rubber seal. I have had this cup since December of 2020 and I absolutely love how it keeps my drinks cold. I have never washed it in the dishwasher, alway washed by hand. The design on the outside has been peeling off the last few months. I don’t want to have to replace it as it was a birthday gift for me, but I may have to. Just so I can have Mickey with me everyday.

LOVE this Tumbler
I purchased this 20oz tumbler thinking Yeah right, cold water for hours? Well, not only is the water cold for hours but there are still ICE CUBES in the tumbler!! I haven't times it but I am guessing the water & Ice will be cold/frozen for at least 9 hours. I keep it full on my night stand in case I need a drink of COLD water in the middle of the night. I recommend the 20oz but if you are a big water drinker get the biggest size you can. You won't be disappointed with any size you get!
