Perfecto! Loving my cappuccinos!

A could of times I wanted my cappuccinos extra hot, so I went to froth at 170 degrees.. ugh.. bad texture of froth. This is a must-have item!!

Great quality, works exactly as described!

With the clip being adjustable, I am able to use this in both my small (12oz) and large (20oz) frothing pitchers. Pros: Did both the boiling water and ice water test, no need to adjust calibration out of the package. Using this multiple times daily, with just a quick rinse and wipe with a clean cloth after each use, it has kept its new appearance. I use the Profitec frothing pitchers, and they have a slight curved lip on the edge and still no issue with using the thermometer clip. No moisture under the dial as of yet either. Cons: Wish the 140-160 range was marked better (like some others where they shade the range between the 2 numbers in green, etc.) vs just using red numbers for these degrees. I know it's only a 1" dial, ,but wished the numbers were a little bigger or in bold to make them easier to see.

Winco 1-Inch Dial Frothing Thermometer with 5-Inch Probe

The Winco 1-Inch Dial Frothing Thermometer with 5-Inch Probe is excellent for attaching to my pan to measure just the right temperature to boil the milk to make yogurt. I also use it to measure the temperature of water that I use to make bread. This is a great addition to my kitchen tools and I would purchase this again if needed.

Great for tea!

Dial is a little small. I wouldn't recommend if you have trouble reading due to vision. But it works perfect for me. Very accurate and quick read.

condensation issues

I've had this frothing thermometer for a while now , , I use it daily and I am happy with it. The only thing I dont like is that somehow water gets inside the face dial and while frothing the water condensates and you have to put the thermometer on top of the espresso machine to evaporate the water.

Frothing on point.

My frothing game is on point since getting this little bugger. I can now froth with the best of the Starbucks barista‘s. If I want my milk at 142.5° I can hit the mark every time. Boom mic drop.

You get what you pay for

This thermometer has a small dial very hard for me to read and sap far I haven't been able to calibrate it since no tool came with it . First time I used it , in a cup of boiling water there was quite a time lag registering the temp. I thought it was defective, I tried it again later and it responds better now. The clip is a loose fit on the pitcher and the red markings are from 140-160 which isn't much help if you make your cappuccinos 170-180 as I do . For the price you get what you pay for.

Works well with some kinks

Very good and works well. Only issue is that it does easily fog up inside the glass portion where you cannot read it. And because it is inside, you just have to wait for it to eventually go away. Just try and not let the head near the steam wand or shot pulled on your machine.
