Looks nice, doesn't fit my electrial boxes
The mounting hole centers don't match up with any of the octagonal electrical boxes in my house. I drilled and tapped 8-32 holes in an old box cover and screwed this comer to that as an adapter. Worked fine. I discarded the slotted screws that came with the cover and used #2 Phillips recess screws instead (that's the commonest Phillips size). Much easier to install.

The included screws suck! Don't even try to use them.
The media could not be loaded. I liked the quality of the blank metallic plate; although I spent a good hour messing with the included flat head screws. They were millimeters to short for my projects. I dropped the 2-point of contact flat head screws so many dang times. I didn't install the screws in the 4 Inch fixture easy available holes; I installed the screws in the outer part which is the chassis of the fixture and holes were buried farther back. Overall my projects were a big success at the end of day with your product. I was also very excited to find out I was eligible to Return a single blank plate with no fees. I'll be keeping them. Keep up the great work. Enjoy your day. From SMM.

Nice cover plate, useless screws
The plate itself is nice and study, with a nice white slightly bumpy finish. Be prepared to replace the screws though, as they are much too long, slotted rather than Philips and the slots are too shallow. When I tried to apply sufficient force to my screwdriver to install the screws, the slots were so shallow that the screwdriver kept coming out of the slot and also scratching up the screw. It was impossible to get them to go in without causing damage to the screws and potentially, the plate.

great wall plate
wall plate is solid and painted well. looks to be durable. only issue is if you use a square wall box, the wall plate doesn't cover it completely. it needs to be 1/4" bigger perhaps.

Perfect for what i needed them for
I needed covers for access to my water shutoffs and these where perfect. I finished off my basement and needed something simple to get on the other side of the drywall and I used two of these to access the shutoffs in case I need access in the future. Slim, good paint quality (white) and would use these again if I need more access to something. I will need a smaller pair of hands to get through the small hole but that's ok. I would recommend these if this is a slim access cover your looking for. I know they are used for things entirely different then what I used them for so I can't comment on the actual use. I would recommend a different pair of screws/anchors due to the one's that come with these covers, are metal machine threads and will not go into drywall. I'm happy!..
