NOT MADE TO BROIL

I see a LOT of reviews with people having issues with these using them with the BROIL function on their ovens, Silicone baking mats are NOT made to be used with the BROIL function, they are "oven safe" to 480-500 degrees, the BROIL on some stoves will reach 600+ degrees! I would recommend never using them over 400 degrees and you shouldn't have issues. Broiling something for 3 minutes WILL destroy any silicone baking mat. Please do a little bit of research, these mats are great but the printed on gray and white "Amazon" will fade/peel over time, I've had my set for 2 years and it's started to peel, I'll be buying new ones because I'm not sure about the dangers of ingesting silicone even in small doses. If you use these heavily you may see them peel/fade faster, you should avoid using any type of oils, this mat will be damaged over time from the natural oils from food so if you use cooking oil or something on your potatoes, naan bread, etc the oils will damage the mat over time.

I don't know why I waited so long to purchase these. We bake a lot so this helps and makes clean up 10 times easier!

Smallest size doesn't fit

The 3 different sizes don't all fit my pans. The largest one fits my biggest tray. The smallest is too big for my small tray (that is half the size of my big tray.) I wish I could cut it to fit my tray but afraid it will damage the liner.

Nonstick

Nice nonstick mats. Bake evenly and very sturdy. They are VERY hot coming out of the oven. A little hard to get off the cookie sheet as they aren't slick.

it doesn't work as well in humidity as a drt area. i have used this for 30 + years

Good Product

Great product for its purpose. My only complaint is that washing it can be awkward, and no matter what soap I use, it always seems to have a greasy film on it.

At first I was leery about scrubbing off the grease with Dawn and a green scratcher pad! Best thing I ever did !! Still usable and looks brand new and nothing sticks!❤️

Excellent quality and value for money

I bought this set of 2 silicone baking mats a few years ago and they are still in excellent shape - and I use them many times a week. I use them for cooking and baking in the oven. I really like things that are easy to use and easy to clean - I put them in the dishwasher! Works great. Definitely pleased with this purchase and recommend them to any cook or baker.

Everything I hoped it would be

My biggest concern was whether or not the mat would really stand up to high temperatures. The paperwork indicated maximum of 480'F. I have a few other silicone mats that are really only good for cookies at a maximum of 375-400 max. So I jumped right in with the Amazon mat at 450'F which is probably the highest I will ever need. The size was adequate too - some of those cookie mats were pretty scrawny. It didn't smoke and it didn't degrade the mat or make the food taste off. It cleaned up like a charm and I'm glad I took a chance on it.

Good mats generally, but very wide!

Good mats, work well, non-stick and very easy to wash. Ultimately they're very good but they are quite large. I originally ordered these to put on top of baking trays in the oven but they overlap a fair bit and so don't sit flat. I tried it under the grill too and it seemed to create some sort of smoke/steam so while they can handle oven heat, the grill might be a bit too direct and hot for these mats.

Great product but doesn't fit for 30 ltr oven at all

It was a great product, but the size doesn't fit in my borosil prima 30 ltr OTG , so I need to cut the sides and then fit it into the oven, if you have a bigger size oven it would be a perfect fit, but for small to medium ovens it doesn't fit at all and u need to cut it, but the quality is really good.
