I love the color and the fabric is great. Looks like a woven cotton shirt but all the benefits of microfiber. Excellent slimming length and cut.

Beautiful shirt - weird fit
Edit - I actually returned this shirt. The fit is so weird I don't think the shirt was sewn correctly. The extra fabric is under the arms and due to the construction can't be taken in. It is very noticeable esp since the bottom of the shirt is so tight. I have 2 of these shirts in a long sleeve and they don't fit like this. The fabric is so light and a very pretty blue but it just looks ridiculous on. Original review - I really love the look of this shirt - nice detail. Overall I find this shirt disappointing as it's not nearly as nice looking as it is on the hanger. As others have posted - the fit on this is weird. I'm short and petite (average) and wear small and med in other Columbia shirts. This shirt is large in the bust with extra fabric but tighter in the waist and hips. I can button it with no problem but the fabric shows all the detail of what you are wearing even if you have enough room. I tried these with some Lee capris and it clings to the waistband and pockets and just looks untidy. So I would probably wear this with some smooth nylon hiking capris which really limits its use. I think the Tamiami and Bonehead are better summer shirts.

I love the shirt and have two others in different colors. I don’t particularly like the contrasted white stitching on the navy shirt.

weird fit, construction error?
I was really looking forward to using this shirt on my trip to the Galapagos. The soft, lightweight, SPF fabric would have been so comfortable. I am returning it because the seam under the arm on the bodice is sewn weird. There is too much fabric there. This is a woman's small. I am 5 ft 102 # with a 35 inch bust. I could have had a 45 inch bust and still not been able to take up enough material to make the shirt look right under the arms. I generally like Columbia's clothes, perhaps this one was just sewn wrong?

Probably my favorite Columbia shirt as more fitted and flattering. Launders easily. Have not needed to iron.
