Excellent water bottle

This is excellent — basically as good as it gets for an insulated multi-purpose water bottle. The only caveat is that like this type of bottle in general, it has a significant vacuum effect and when it is full one can only get small sips at a time.

Terrific Water Bottle.

This is one of my favorite water bottles. It’s a little on the heavy side, but that’s the trade off for keeping my water ice cold. Easy twist off lid to add ice & water; then even easier-twisting spout from which to drink. Has never leaked.

Water tastes better!

I didn't think I would get used to how this bottle opens. You have to twist the cap loose a little, then pop it up. Well, I adjusted very fast. It is easy to open with one hand. I am not sure why, but the water seems to have a better taste than any other bottle I use. Very comfortable to hold with the handle, fits easily in my Mazda CX-5 cup holders, and is so much quieter than my stainless steel bottles. Keeps my water cold for hours, even left in a hot Florida car. I love it.

Cold for days in Florida

I bought the 24oz in black first. Here’s that review: I filled this up with cold water and only like 5 ice cubes. Forgot it in the car when we went out on the boat. Forgot to bring it inside that night. Next afternoon the water is still SUPER COLD. This is Florida where everything melts. Except this bottle. I only put 5 ice cubes because the ice doesn’t melt in one day - it stays THAT cold. I have a large yard (Florida panhandle) to take care of so I drink LOTS of water. I needed a bottle with a secure lid that won’t let bugs or grass clippings blow in AND keeps the water cold AND won’t sweat all over the place. Finally found one that checks all the boxes. AND this one fits in my cup holder - in my Honda CRV and the riding mower. Also. I bought in black because I saw reviews about lids breaking and replacement lids only come in black. Even with this black bottle sitting in the sun on the beach the water stays deliciously cold. And I am not having any issues with the lid anyway. I love this one so much I came back and bought the 64oz also in black. The lids can be swapped but the handle on the 24oz is on the lid. Handle on the 64oz is on the bottle. I think I prefer the handle being on the bottle, but I use the big one as my extra water and drink from the smaller one. It’s just easier to manage (short people problems) plus it fits the cup holder. Using both bottles, me (46F) and my daughter in law (28) and my granddaughter (<1) spent a couple hours at the beach and had all the cold water we needed. WAY easier than carrying a cooler or having a bazillion different drinks/cups/bottles. I’ll be buying the traveler bottle next for hot coffee season. Maybe I’ll buy another 24oz in a color to use for iced coffee. Other than adding more of these to my collection, I can’t imagine ever having to spend more money on water bottles or travel mugs. Probably all of my family will be getting their own as gifts this year. Takeya is this Florida girls best friend!!!!!

Kept your drinks cold! (Or hit)

I like this bottle. It holds plenty of liquids (needed for outdoor pickleball play in Florida!) Beverages stay cold for hours. One small drawback is the spout doesn’t accommodate a straw, and drinking directly from the bottle tends to vacuum seal after a swig or two. Well built, rubberized bottom is a nice feature.

Pretty impressive so far. -6 month update

This is a step above what the rest, in my opinion. I have had three Iron Flask bottles over the years. I’ve checked out friend’s and family’s vacuum insulated bottles, I’ve checked out the ones you can get at the big box stores. I thought they were all the same but with different company logos. Of course Takeya advertises their lid to be insulated as well, but until very recently I hadn’t come across this brand. I like the matte grip exterior. I was constantly dropping my Iron Flasks. I have both the matte and gloss finish, neither are easy to hold onto when you’re sweaty or you have your hands full of other stuff. All of my Iron Flasks are dented and look like they have seen better days- which they have. I like that this bottle comes with the silicone bumper on the bottom for that reason too. I also appreciate the silicone in the lid that makes it easier to grip when screwing on and off. It just seems every aspect of this bottle was intentional. Someone sat down and put some thought into how to make the best version and it really shows. 6 month update: I *LOVE* this bottle. It’s a workhorse. Keeps things cold forever. I have had ice last for a couple days. Because of the texture of the bottle; I’ve yet to drop it. The only dent on it is the one it came with. Which looks identical to other ones that people have posted about. I think it was a manufacturing defect? When I first got this bottle I was a little disappointed because the plastic finger hook on the lid wasn’t nearly as aesthetically pleasing as the one on the Iron Flasks. Now I don’t care, because the Takeya one is so functional it more than makes up for it. I wish they made this bottle in a deep magenta/fuchsia undertoned plum. I’d buy a second one in a heartbeat.

Excelente botella

Realmente está botella es genial, es tal cuál como en la foto, conserva perfectamente lo caliente o lo frío, no suda, el tamaño es ideal aunque lleno si se vuelve algo pesado. El color está increíble, la tapa tiene un seguro que al tomar no te molesta en la cara. Definitivamente es la mejor botella que he comprado, ahora quiero otros colores!!

Resistente

The media could not be loaded. Llevo dos semanas usándolo, es muy bonito y resistente, mantiene la temperatura muy bien, no gotea, realmente excelente calidad. También es muy práctico que traiga cubierta de plástico abajo, ya que lo he llegado a golpear por accidente y no se maltrata. Solo hay que tener en consideración que la versión de 32oz no es muy practico ya que es bastante grande, no cabe en el porta vasos del coche Y es muy pesado también

Que bonito está!

Me encanta, el color está súper lindo, el líquido si se queda frío durante bastante tiempo y eso que vivo en una zona de mucho calor, no lo he probado con cosas calientes aún. Lo único malo es que en la goma de la tapa se le ve desgaste y apenas llevo días con el :c
