Very good product.

I have a Lowe 17 FT bass boat. The front seat has always been too close to the trolling motor. The offset makes fishing much more enjoyable. Would recommend.

Sturdy everlasting quality!

Have a few if these from as far back as 10 years and they still look great and function smoothly. Plus, you can remove them (and any vertical shaft made for them) easily to avoid theft of your seat.

Makes the small boat feel bigger!

I've only had this thing long enough to fish a few long days but I'm so glad I bought it. The front deck of my boat isnt particularly large so offsetting the seat gives me the perception of a much more sizeable deck by keeping more of the deck in front of me when properly used. ***Edit 1/16/21*** Used this all last summer and since I am used to the effect of the seat beaming offset and how it changes the feel of moving around we had several occasions where a coangler would step in for my while I tied lures or something and the swivel effect startled them or even nearly caused them to toss themselves overboard. Personally I love it for the reasons I mentioned but personal preference will greatly affect your take on this item. In my small aluminum boat my 230 lbs off-center can make the boat have a slight lean and that took a bit of getting used to.

Great product

Great product built well and just what I was needing

very useful on my small boat

My seat (mounted in the centerline of the boat) interfered with the operation of my tiller control so I mounted a second base to starboard (moving the gas tank to port) placing it close to the edge of the bench so that the swivel offset mount can be used with or without a pedestal extension which allows me to swing the seat further to starboard or back to the center. Have not tried it on the water yet.

Not for narrow boats

Works fine in the mid and rear seat positions. My boat is a 17ft vee hull with high front deck. In the forward position, the weight shift off center makes the boat tippy. Probably would be fine on a wider flat bottom jon boat. Great product, Very strong. I'm using on two seats in my boat, but not up front.

Very unstable and rotates to easy, need lock on pedestal somehow. No longer use it

Very dangerous product, good concept for room for legs. But will throw you on floor of boat or in the water
