I Never Want to be Without My Surface
Was introduced to this product back in 2008 by my then-hairdresser. Though the hairdresser and I parted ways, to this day I still use some of the products she had me use. I color my hair and have done so for years, as well as alternating visits between color and perming . Surface oil this has protected my hair through everything I’ve done to it! It’s extremely, and I mean extremely, lightweight and a little goes a long way. No scent at all, which I love. Best of all, my hair looks amazing. I subject my hair to some harsh conditions like chlorine, desert-like sun, coloring, blow dryers, curling irons, flat irons … you get the idea. If this sounds like you, then you not only NEED this product, you MUST get it and protect your locks. As an added bonus - for me anyway - it really helps work as a detangler during that after-shower comb-through. For perspective I’m Caucasian with fine, very straight and thinning hair. I’ve tried going without my Surface oil for 90 days to see if I could tell the difference between it and a much cheaper commercial product. I most certainly did! Never again. It’s Surface hydrating oil for me all the way!

Finally shiny hair.
Finally shiny hair. The stuff really works without making your hair greasy. Just a few drops in the palm of your hand for each half of your head of hair. I have long hair and that’s all I need. Easy to work through the wet hair after you rins out your conditioner. And then you leave it on and let it dry Excellent product. Are use it every day because I also have my hair once a month – – just the roots – – but this combats any drying out of the hair

Lightweight, Smells Amazing, Incredible Shine
I had originally gotten this product from a salon a few years ago and loved it. Once used up, though, I decided to go with my favorite drugstore option. I have tried a few others (both drugstore and high end) since then and honestly, nothing compares to this product! You need very little product. It goes a long way. It is so incredibly lightweight and easily buildable if you find you want more product. You can do without fear of your style going flat or looking greasy. The smell is amazing without being overwhelming. It is hard to describe but it smells so lovely and you will get compliments if people catch the scent. It is worth the money.

Life changing
This stuff is amazing. My hair dresser suggested it, and I wasn’t sure because of the cost, but I am now so glad I got it. It makes my hair smooth and soft. Normally when I get hot, my hair curls itself and just gets big. The best part of this stuff is that doesn’t happen anymore. My hair stays flat all day

Leaking upon delivery
my friend recommended this product, and I actually tried it and loved it so much that I thought I would buy it. Not that it’s an issue with the actual oil that I had, but it was leaking upon arrival to my house. I exchanged it for a new bottle and the new bottle was also leaking. Just disappointed with the delivery.

Packaging was poor quality assurance needs attention
Busu oil is an excellent product but the packaging that mine came in I was very disappointed because the cap was open it was not secure and it was received in plastic which was leaking so that’s my review

A great product -- adds shine to hair with very little
I have been using this for a few years. It really helps hair to look shiny and moisturizes. I have tried other oils etc, but nothing has worked like this.
