Don’t Spend Money on Custom Orthotics!
Love my Super Feet! I am extremely flat-footed with falling arches. I paid $400 for custom orthotics in my 20’s, but they were bulky and made it extremely difficult to wear most of my shoes (and no, I don’t wear heels). I eventually gave up on them and learned to just wear Birks all the time. Any time I wore sneakers though, I was left with chronic ankle pain that would last for weeks. I tolerated that pain for 20yrs but during the pandemic, the ankle pain increased b/c I started hiking a lot more. I had nearly torn my achilles by the time I visited a podiatrist. She was great. She explained that the reason custom orthotics aren’t covered by insurance is b/c they aren’t really necessary. Dr’s are always pushing them, though, b/c orthotics are a huge money maker for them (it’s true, look it up). There are plenty of OTC options out there and she encouraged me to try those first. Since I have a wide toe box and I’m very active, she suggested the 3/4 Super Feet inserts. They fit all of my shoes perfectly, and the 3/4 length still allows my toes plenty of room. I don’t even need to remove the liner from most of my shoes b/c these inserts are so low profile. I’ve been using them every day for 2yrs, and I haven’t had any ankle pain. Highly recommend. Pro-tip: sometimes the inserts can squeak inside your shoes. Toss a dryer sheet under each insert, and they will squeak no more. It sounds crazy but it works.

I just purchased the full length superfeet insert in size f and love them, so I was quite excited to see these for dress shoes. Sadly they are a hair too narrow ,but I will continue to use them. (The men's 3/4 inserts are too wide and too deep for me). Something that is very frustrating is how smooth the bottom of the inserts are, so they slide when you take each step unless your shoe is on quite snug. Is it possible to make them with a rubber grippy layer on the very bottom, and in a women's size f? I do want to say that my back and feet feel great when I use these in shoes that have zero padding in them!

I think Superfeet really knows something special about feet support!!!
I love theses insoles! I have a narrow foot with a very high arch and I wear an 8-9 and it can be challenging to get a good fit in shoes for me. I bought a pair of size 9 women's Converse high-tops. Converse insoles are not usually supportive enough for a high arch & their soles are not removable so I purchased these Superfeet Dress insoles (I learned from a Zappo's commenter with really high arches you may need to buy the next bigger size insole than you normally wear and cut them down to size because your foot can be a 9 but your arch a 10 and doing this helped me to get excellent support for my high arches!) to add arch support without crowding my toes since I can't take the Converse one out. They don't move around because they fit snugly around the heel & maybe because Converse can run narrow; they give me perfect arch support and now because they fill up my arch I almost have too much toe room and could have used a size 8.5 instead of a 9. My foot no longer hurts in these shoes! I have various Superfeet for different types of shoes and by trial and error figured out which ones I but this product really works for me!

I can wear cute shoes again
About a year ago I developed foot problems, probably plantar fasciitis, and it took a month of me wearing danskos and minimal walking to not be in pain. I got rid of 3 or 4 pairs of flats that I just couldn't wear anymore. My hiking boots were giving me trouble too, and I came across Superfeet insoles, and gave those a try. They made a huge difference, I could hike for 15 miles without being in pain for a week afterward, and my feet seemed a lot less sweaty compared to when I was using the insoles that came with the boots. I wanted to wear flats again, so I ordered these insoles. They were every bit as good as my hiking insoles. I spent a week walking 12000 steps/day on ballet flats without pain. I like that I can move these between shoes, so I can use one $30 pair for all my shoes. The only concern is that these make my foot sit higher, and some shoes with straps across the top fit more tightly.

Unable to return...boo!
This product was recommended by my podiatrist for flat feet and an achilles problem. I bought the woman's size 11. I wore them to work for a day and it took 2 days for me to recover from the pain they caused me. I rolled the dice and ordered the men's equivalent to a woman's size. Much better(they are wider) BUT unfortunately, I hadn't noticed the woman's are not returnable (first experience in all my Prime shopping at non-returnable) SOOOOO my $30 inserts ended up costing me $60!! OUCH! I will be on my toes next time (pun intended) and NEVER again purchase a non-refundable item.

I have flat feet and a very painful fallen arch - these insoles actually helped!!!! I have no more pain!!!! I was ready to beg for surgery. Paid thousands on custom orthotics through the years and they all destroyed my shoes by stretching them out. These insoles fit into every type of shoe - especially my dress shoes that I need to wear for work. I am going to order more and wear nothing but!!!

Can Make Your Footwear Feel Very Snug
My chiropractor recommended these to me as my natural posture makes me carry myself more on my right side. My ankles and feet slant inwards too. These are a hard plastic insole. There are many sizes, styles and thickness of insole within the range, so I would recommend you get properly fitted up for them like I did (which my chiropractor did). I find them extremely comfortable as they do rectify my walking/standing position and posture. The only trouble I find is that they only seem to fit well in my flat brown ankle boots and my walking boots sadly (footwear that tend to be more roomy). I was hoping I could transfer them between all my footwear but sadly they make my other shoes to small and tight. I can't fit/use them in slip-on ballet shoes, pumps or heels. If you have a close fitting tight shoe this insole will make your shoes to tight. Real shame. These insoles increase your shoe size by 1/2 a size. This is why I dropped a star in my review.

これを安全靴に使用してます。 爪先のカバーに足の指が当たるとすごく痛いし歩けないので かかと部分のみのインソールで丁度良いのでこれを使用してます。
