Can no longer find anyone in town that Carrie’s super lube products.
I went to Menards, L&M Supply, Walmart, and Home Depot in Rhinelander, Wis. WTH no one carrying any of the super lube Products. Walmart had Super Lube oil extender but that’s it. My 3 oz. Grease gun works great for greasing my snowblower auger. I wanted a product that contains PTFE. I also order and use Dow spray lubes with Teflon. I spray the airflow intake with dry Teflon spray in my backpack vacuum and the use Dow Teflon spray on the inside of my snowblower auger housing and shoot and all cables. I also spray the piston cylinders preceding non- use with Teflon spray and dry crank minus spark plug. I also add Teflon oil additive to crank case.

Food Grade Grease
We use it on our coffee roaster bearings. Well packaged tube of white food grade grease. Fits the small pistol grip gun.

This is the Good Stuff with PTFE. Just don't cook with it.
The Super Lube 21036 Synthetic Grease 3 oz Cartridge arrived with the cover cap intact, and it appeared full - 3/4" from the tube top. I experienced no air pockets as others report. I'm using it in a mini grease gun with my lawn tractor and will move to my car ball and track joint Zerk fittings. I also use the 8 oz tube of Super Lube 97008 Silicone Lubricating Brake Grease with PTFE on my BMW brake caliper pins - the grease it very stable in extreme heat. I also use Super Lube 51004 Synthetic Oil with PTFE (4 oz bottle) for household door hinges and garage door tracks and rollers. Marketed as 'Syncolon' Super Lube lubricants contain Polytetrafluoro Ethylene (PTFE), a synthetic polymer compound with a very high melting point. Even when melted, the consistency of PTFE is said to remain in its original toothpaste like gel form; a little dab will do-ya...no, no, not in your hair. Take care with PTFE as it is likely already in your DNA via Dupont Teflon. Wash your hands and use latex gloves. Super Lube says It's food grade (I think that means usable on equipment that processes food) but I don't want it in my tuna sandwich.

Nice clean lube, but thins out too easily
Used this to lube a 2-1/2" chrome plated ram on a hand press. Ram is open and right next to operator clothing, so I wanted something clean, white or clear, that would be effective in thin film and would stay put, not create a mess. We had been using oil to lube this, but were feeling guilty about not greasing it. Krytox was sort of what I had in mind, but getting that in qty that could go thru a grease gun and zerk fitting was too costly, so I went with the SuperLube. When first applied, I was very happy, it goes on very viscous and sticky. Stayed put in the lube groove of the ram almost like a wax. The high-viscosity of the grease damped the motion of the ram and made it feel like a million dollar super-precision machined piece of equipment. Operated it at high speed for several cycles to see if it would break down and It stayed nice and thick. However, this stuff seems very sensitive to temp or time. I let it set about a week and operated it again and all the nice viscosity was gone. The product had not separated, but had become pretty runny. Temp may have risen a couple of degrees, but otherwise all that had changed was that it sat a week. Applying another shot of grease put it right back into that well damped, highly viscous feel. This might be desireable in rotating applications, but if you want a high-viscosity lube that will stay put, this might not be it.

Hardly any in the tube!
This is a good lube. But I was bummed after four squeezes of the grease gun handle the tube was empty. I thought some thing was wrong with grease gun. But I bought it the same time as I bought the Lube . Grease gun didn't come with any Lube tube. It was pretty sad I could not understand after four squeezes and the Lube tube was empty. Just don't get what you pay for any more.

Be sure to read the fine print. These are 3 oz tubes but look just like the 10 oz tubes.
This grease is fantastic. Using it in an industrial setting and bearings that used to last 6 months in a big vibratory machine have lasted for years with this grease. Works great in boat trailer bearings also.

Missing lid
Product is fine, but quality control on packaging is poor. One tube came without a lid. But, as it was delivered in December, the grease stayed firmly congealed even laying on its side for hours in the mailer on the front stoop. If this had been in warmer months it would have been a messy disaster. Reviewing critiques, packaging seems to be a recurring thread. Buyer be warned.
