Beautiful with a Handcrafted Look to Them.

This stoneware set is absolutely gorgeous! I ordered the blue, but it was really a tough choice because they were all so pretty. The blue is a deep blue with a heather look to it, trimmed with a charcoal black accent color. Such an earthy look to them, I love them. The texture of hand hammered look and imperfect shapes give them a handcrafted appearance which I really love. They are heavy-weight, without being too heavy to hold, but more of a good solid feel. There is a sheen coat over the pieces that makes them shine without being glaring. They just have such an earthy feel to them. The dinner plates are a nice size, not too small or too huge either. The salad plates are the perfect size for a side salad, I hate when they are so small you cant get a decent sized salad on them, no issues with these. The mugs are perfect sized at about 14 oz so you get a good sized cup of coffee and they are just big enough to comfortably wrap your hands around to keep warm while drinking a hot cocoa on a cold evening. The set includes 4 dinner plates, 4 salad/dessert plates, 4 bowls, and 4 coffee mugs. They are very safely packaged too, with each set of plates and bowls packaged inside sturdy inner boxes with thick cardboard liners between each, so as long as the shipping carrier isn't tossing them around too much, they should safely arrive unbroken. They are dishwasher and microwave safe so you can reheat a meal on the plate itself or heat up water in a mug for hot tea. I hand-wash my dishes and feel like these will not be too fragile to handle, but I am still careful with them because they are so pretty I don't want to drop one in the iron sink. Also noted that even though they have a pretty texture to them, food does not get stuck in crevice's, they are easy to wipe clean. Beautiful, colorful, unique dishes that just enhance the appearance of the food served on them. I always like to have my food look appetizing when served on the plate and these really make it look nice. I will have to get another set of them now though because I will need more than a 4 person setting to show them off to company.

I love them

At first, the shipping was delayed, and finally, I got my dishes just to open up at the find out, they sent me the wrong dishes, after contacting the seller, a couple of times, Amazon stepped in, but I have to tell you the seller stepped up and immediately sent me the right dishes, and told me to keep the other dishes to use in the meantime, so I would definitely buy through them again their dishes are gorgeous and I love them so if you’re contemplating on getting them, I would definitely tell you to order them you will not be disappointed

Not all of them are perfect

Stone wears nice to have but in this case not all of them are perfectly made some of them are a little warped so to speak but worth it for the money

Customer service is a dream!

First of all, this set is absolutely beautiful in my opinion. It’s classy and simple. They are thick and durable. One plate showed up with some broken edges but the plate didn’t crack all the way through so seems to be really sturdy! The biggest reason for the five stars is their customer service though! I purchased the set of 32 and it comes in two shipments. Note, I couldn’t see that it was two shipments on Amazon I had to go to the shipping company’s website to see that information. Anyway, one plate did show up cracked/chipped on the edges. Instructions included with the set said to email and they will take care of any issues. Easiest interaction ever! I sent them an email with a picture, they asked for order number and mailing address and within a few days, I had my brand new plate in hand! Super fast, super easy and convenient customer service! Not many places can say that nowadays it seems. Highly recommend

Excellent service from seller

Everything is brand new and seems to be great. No issues with the set so far. When we received the set and took it out of the boxes, we found that 2 of the plates (one large and one small) were chipped. I contacted the seller and notified them of the issue late in the day on a Friday. By the next morning I had a response and after a little clarification from me on what exactly was chipped, I rec confirmation that they would be sending replacements. Replacements were shipped the Monday after notifying them, and received on the following Wednesday. Service was responsive and prompt and quickly resolved the problem we had.

All my dishware arrived in one piece, not a chip, or a break anywhere.

Love the color, the durability, as well as the dishware doesn't get hot in the microwave.

These dishes are awesome.

I love these dishes. They are very sturdy and the dinner plates fit perfectly in the dishwasher. Some tiny imperfections give them a handmade charm. They are very sturdy and are holding up well. Definitely recommend them.

Colour not as pictured

well made but the colour is not as vibrant as in the pictures. It’s a very toned down pink and a dark beige. However they hold up well and shipped perfectly!

Bit disappointed for the price point

It's a pretty set but the "white" trim is more of a cream color which isn't what I wanted....it's well packaged but it's literally shipped in a brown box, with the Amazon tape on it which is disappointing as it's for a Christmas gift.
