Better than most
Only issue was air/fuel mixture screw is loose. OEM has a rubber plug to prevent screw from moving around from vibration as machine is running.

very good carburetor
This is a very good carburetor, Good quality. I have installed this carburetor in my Ariens ST724 Snow blower opened the gas valve under the fuel tank waited 3 minutes for the fuel to fill the carburetor cup and the engine started at the second pull start. The engine worked very good like brand new in low idle and high rpm. I will try to update this review in the spring after working all winter in New England snow. So far I recommend this carburetor 100%. I hope it was helpful.

Great
I purchased 2 cheap carburetors on line, and what a mistake that was. My old snowblower ran like crap with those 2 carbs. Then I saw the stens carb and figured what the hell. Best thing I could have done. I should have bought this carb from the beginning. To think of all the time I wasted, changing out those crappy carbs. This is the carb you want. My snowblower runs great now. What a difference!!!!!!

It was easy to install worked for 20 minutes then leaked gas called company they were no help at All none not even a interest in resolving the issue

the one I got works correctly
I bought a cheaper one on Amazon, but after all the work of installation it leaked gas, as if the float valve was defective. This one works as it should, no gas leakage. I installed another cheap carburetor on the snowblower about a year ago, but this year it leaked all the gas out of the tank thanks to a defective float valve. I'll wait and see, I hope this one lasts a bit longer. The original carb lasted 10 or 15 years, I only replaced it due to being gummed up

Perfect for my 15 year old craftsman snowblower!
This carb worked perfectly. I made the mistake of trying to go cheap and then I ended up buying this one anyway.
