Works, but now the clutch is grabby.

There is a coating on the belt that causes the clutch to be jumpy when engaging. I needed this belt to flip a mower for profit, I almost put the old belt back on. i typically don't buy these belts I get them from another online vendor that is far cheaper and use D&D belts. They are far better than these but shipping was slow. so Amazon wins here.

CORRECT SIZE!

Earlier this year I ordered a different belt that claimed to be OEM replacement, but after installing it I had issues changing gears. After reading some reviews (which I should have done before buying) it turns out that a lot others were having the same issue. The problem is due to those belts being 1/2" too short. After getting this new Stens belt, I compared them side by side and sure enough, the Stens is 1/2 longer than the generic oem. Works perfect and I can easily switch gears on the mower now.

Will fit older Craftsman LT3000

Worked in my case as the drive belt for an older (1999) Craftsman LT 3000 42 inch tractor. Getting it on was straight-forward and appears to be an exact match to the length of the old belt. It did slip off once on me in wet grass (after 3 months of no issues), but the old belt did that every other cut. It may have more to do with my pulleys (one is bent).

Husqvarna YT42LS with 42" Deck

My father uses Stens on his old Cub Cadet so I gave it a try when my belt tore. On my Husqvarna YT42LS the Stens is a bit wider than the factory belt but this is not an issue. Was able to install without taking the deck off. No issues so far.

Great quality look and feel. I'll know it's durability before too long and will follow up in a couple months. Update: Belt is still intact and I've had no issues at all.

Exact fit for LT2000.

Perfect fit for the elusive older Craftsman LT2000 VBelt. Put it on and engaged and disengaged several times and mowed a couple acres with it on. Ordering a couple spares as this belt was very difficult for me to find.

Correct fit for 1999 of 1000 craftsman

Fit like a champ. I had bought another brand that said it was the replacement for my craftsman lt1000. When installed i could not shift. Bought this one and the mower is back to new.

Not an OEM Belt

This looks like a nice belt, If it only fit my mower. If you have a Craftsman from about 2000 or so this will not fit. This is definately not an OEM belt.+ You need a Husqvarna belt which is about 1/2 inch larger. That fit like a glove

Great product. Well worth the small cost!

Used for my ride on mower. Purchased many belts from other suppliers, which threw off during use. This belt was marked OEM as others and was fantastic! I will now stick with this unit and supplier.
