Ok, I realize this is mostly my error, I do. If you only need one bracket, GREAT! But if you are like me and need two, know that you need to order TWO. I do understand that I made a mistake but It seems overly expensive to pay that much for a thin piece of metal that is 2 inches long and about 1 in wide. So I need to spend another $10 for the other, so total around $20 for both. That's crazy to me. the seller's return policy is rough as well, they will take the return item, but will charge you 15% for it. That's an even bigger rip-off. So that makes it even sillier to send it back after paying return shipping. I rarely rate badly and am 99.9% pleased with everything I order (I'm not hard to please and have good common sense! ) but I am absolutely disappointed with this. That's just too much money for what it is. Now, I know that sure, I would probably get charged more going directly to whirlpool or Maytag, but I come to Amazon for the deals, the accurate descriptions and fast shipping. So really is it too much to expect that? I order a lot, probably 2-3 times a week from Amazon and even have sold on here before. I am well acquainted with the process. Bottom line: The description needs to be revised and made clear! Not just because I want to whine, but because people need to know what they are buying exactly! To avoid the disappointment would be reason enough. You can't look at the physical items when you buy them online, so complete, accurate descriptions please!! I would also like to say, that just because there is a picture of one bracket, doesn't mean that that is what you should expect, because many times, you find out that it actually comes with another item or more. It's an easy mistake for anyone, and just feel that people should know this before checking out. Especially with the 15% "restocking" fee if you need to return it. If not for that, I wouldn't even bother complaining about anything. If the description changes or I hear from the seller, I will GLADLY change my review because I don't believe in complaining. I just think that people should know, I know I am not the only person who has or will make this mistake. Also, I do realize this is the product review section. However, there isn't anywhere to post this on the items page so that people can see what I have written. So PLEASE don't make any comments about it... I already know. Just I feel that people should know since it isn't in the description, whether written by Amazon or the seller, it should be there !
