These last a long time.
I have used these for several years in my Heritage style leather boots. I bought another pair of boots and was too lazy and cheap to drive the 15 miles to the local store that sells these. Thus this purchase. These do not wear out after a year or so as with the drug store brand. They cushion my old heals and give my flat feet a little arch support.

Great help with Planters Fasciitis
Many years ago I was having heel pain and my two siblings were experiencing the same symptoms. It became too painful to be on my feet shopping for more than ten or fifteen minutes. My siblings went to foot doctors for treatment. One of them was treated with orthotic shoes and the other had a doctor that explained how to wrap the foot in a way that adds arch support, I oot lucky when a friend recommended that I try these exact show inserts. The first time I wore them I was afraid that extra support in the arch would be too much, but by the end of the end of the day my feet felt better. It took very little time before the pain was gone. I bought sever pair of the inserts to be sure I was never without one. I wore them for approximately five years and started to become confident that I no longer needed them. Now (approx. 25 or 30 years later( I can feel the need for that support again. The Planters Fasciitis has not come back, but I know my shoes are not giving me enough support. I guess I started to forget what happened in the past and started to be less particular about my shoes. I just bought this pair and am loving them again. If you are suffering from the same condition, be sure to purchase the 3/4 length!

They run large
I've used Spenco products for many years and generally find them excellent. Regardless, these 3/4 length arch supports are, to me, unusable for their intended purpose. My shoe size is 14B, so I ordered the 14-15.5 size inserts. That was a mistake. Other 3/4 length inserts I've tried do not affect the perceived width of the shoe. But this overlarge Spenco product takes up an entire width--14B feels like 14A, very possibly because the inserts are just too long. I could hardly get my feet into the shoes. The inserts are not returnable, so I had the idea of trying them in a pair of my shoes that was one width too wide. Sure enough, with the Spenco inserts in place, these shoes now feel like they dropped from 14C to 14B, making them fit much better in this instance. However, that's not what the inserts are sold to do. It's possible the 12-13.5 size would fit me better, but since the product is not returnable, failed experiments could get expensive.

He probado muchas plantillas por la fasciitis y neuropatia y hasta ahora estas son las que más me han ayudado. Le dan buen soporte al arco, no son ni muy duras ni muy blandas y caben en todos mis pares de zapatos

REDWINGのエンジニアブーツに使用。REDWING純正など3種類のインソールを試してみました。 いずれも履き心地は良くなるが、かかとのフィット感が良くないもの、足が上がりすぎてきつくなってしまうもの、一長一短といったところでした。 かかとのフィット感と、アーチがしっかりしているもの、土踏まずより前が上がらないもの、そんな商品を探していました。 こちらの商品は3/4サイズということでつま先部分のサイズ感が変わりません。 かかとが上がり、アーチがあることで甲部分のフィット感も良くなり普通の靴のように履けます。 つま先部分の窮屈さがなくなり、スチールに当足ることもなくなりました。 唯一のデメリットは、途中までしかないのでほんとに僅かなミリ単位の段差が発生するのですが、それを足の裏で感じることでしょうか。 脱ぎ履きでずれないか心配でしたが、問題なしでした。
