UPDATE. Poor quality or defective? BEWARE

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my grandson & exchanged after Christmas for a different color, which I received Jan. 10, 2023. Just 6 weeks later, after being used about 12 times, it began to come apart. The only thing that it was used for was a towel, a water bottle, goggles & a swim suit. It was beyond the 30 day return period for Amazon, so I contacted the seller, and so far they have not backed the product they sold. I would recommend avoiding the purchase of anything from METRO SWIM SHOP ONLINE! I will update this review if they decide to stand behind the product they sold instead of citing Amazon's 30 return/exchange policy. I also contacted Speedo & they said because I did not purchase directly from them, they will not back their own product! UPDATE: METRO SWIM SHOP has agreed for me to return this DEFECTIVE item at my expense, $22!!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I will update again if they decide to do the right thing and replace the defective product with a new product . . . at their expense. It is now 3/12/23. Metro Swim Shop Online still expects me to pay $22 to return a defective swim bag that I purchased from them, thru Amazon. UPDATE Metro Swim Shop finally agreed to replace the defective Speedo swim bag and it arrived March 27th. I appreciate the replacement, but it should not have taken 7 weeks & numerous phone calls to finally get this issue resolved.

What "hidden pocket"? I can't find it. Otherwise a good beach/pool bag

- All external zippers are the water resistant type - On the front, the logo is on a layer of fabric that additional. For some reason you can reach up underneath it from the bottom. I don't know why. - No padding on the carry handle, it's just regular nylon - See my pix for compartment measurements Apparently they hid the front ventilated gear pocket too well because I sure can't find it. The only front pocket I find has a lanyard on the zipper so it's not all that "hidden". If they mean up under the flap thing in the front, there's nothing there. No pouch, no zipper, no velcro, no slit, nothing. It doesn't tuck in and it's all the same material as the outer stuff, so I just don't get it. Wish they'd included a pic of it. Anyway, stitching looks solid. Fabric will shed water fairly well. Not real impressed with the shoulder padding but it's not terrible. A good beach or pool bag. Zipper broke. It didn't even last through the summer.

Got this at the beginning of summer and the zipper already broke. Very disappointed considering the high price.

Justo lo que buscaba

Ya conozco la marca y este tipo de mochilas pero no me había tocado comprar este modelo. Es tal cuál se ve en la foto. Me gustó mucho a comparación del modelo anterior que yo tenía. Tiene bastante espacio, los cierres se ven de buena calidad y me gustó que tiene más bolsas laterales que la versión que yo tenía. También la red lateral para botella de agua tiene más profundidad lo cual es mucho más conveniente para evitar que se caiga . Dependiendo de cuánto me dure, es muy posible que la vuelva a comprarla. Saludos!
