Way Too Small
Trying to put this on a 7 year old child is like torture. The kid cried and screamed from pain. When we finally got it on, it was too darn small. After the swim, we removed it and it came right out...along with several strands of hair. I'm returning it.

Not the best for our nine year old
We tried several Speedo swim caps and they are all too tight for my nine year old, including this one. Ended up going with a different brand that works much better for us.

It doesn't make my daughter cry
... which, in the end, was my top priority for a kid's swim cap. She has long hair that tangles very easily. Chlorine drys it out and makes it tangle more. I needed a swim cap that would protect her hair, but wouldn't pull or tug as she took it on or off. This fits the bill all around. It's thicker than the usual adult cap and somehow softer and stretchier too, so it doesn't pull or tug. No tears from the cap, fewer tears when she's getting her hair brushed = 5 stars from me.

For a 10 to 13 year-old, you probably want to order regular size
This is a nice swim cap, but even a youth size was too small for my 12-year-old granddaughter, who is petite.

Awesome quality and fast delivery In terms of size - it’s definitely tight for my 8 year old - even if you get it on: will cause a headache if worn for a prolonged amount of time Perfect fit for my 4 year old but only for a year or so , then will need a size up Very cute color, kids love it

Well made
Well made. Very stretchy. Fits my 5 year old daughter well and I could even stretch it to fit over my head. And I have a BIG head lol. Not that it covered everything, but just wanted to say how stretchy it is so you know it will fit any kid size head, even bigger kids.

Daughter Refused to Use it
I'm sure it's great but my daughter refused to put it on so I returned it. I do know the size was good for a 7 year old girl even though it said larger.
