Awesome tool

Works as expected and makes my job easier and safer. Bit end easily removed from handle for fast use in a drill.

Does not have the hex shaft for impact drill as advertised!

This product is great and as a commercial electrician its awesome to be able to put it on a chuck drill, but the ONLY reason i purchased this one is because in the picture it CLEARLY shows that it has a hex drive to fit on my impact. It does not have this feature and i was absolutely pissed when i opened it at work. All that said, it is great on a chuck drill ONLY.

I like that the reamer is detachable so that it can be used as a power reamer atttachment on a drill

Best of both

When I bought this I got it discounted to 17 dollars for hich was a steal. I do loads of pipe bending and have recently been work the masons making 100's of nipple extensions. This bad boy is a life saver, simple runs I keep it in the handle but save your wrist. Putting this in the drill makes my day so much better. Caution though, don't run the drill on 2, you'll burn through those teeth fast.

NOT FOR IMPACT

I will return this item before I get a chance to use it. The description says its drill ready and one of the pictures clearly shows impact ready. Which is why I bought it, for use in an impact. It is NOT for use in an impact. Plus all the reviews say Southwire does not make replacement blades making this tool a waste of money. I wish I came to comments before I bought it and they need to have accurate pictures in the description of the product. I gave it 3 stars only because if you don't need it for an impact it might be an okay tool until the blade dulls on you then you're out $20.

Kinda works with a lot of effort, but not really.

This review is for the Southwire conduit reamer/screwdriver. I bought this for 32.47 CAD. I bought this because the price for Klein replacement blades for their conduit reamer were almost the same price as this whole tool. I should have bought the Klein replacement blades. This tool does not do a great job and take twice the effort only to still leave a lip on the inside on the pipe which i have to file away. The Klein and Greenlee tools are much better. I do not recommend this tool. Spend the extra $10 and buy the Klein or Greenlee tool. UPDATED: The screwdriver part is also not good and barely fits some coupling screws. This is just a poorly designed tool. Stick with Klein. Seems to be the best.

Satisfied. But images show an impact ready reamer, while the product is for a drill. I don't really care, maybe that could add durability as it's less likely to break there, but people should be aware of it, and the images need to be updated.

Reams the wrong part of the pipe

The way the blade is designed, it reams the outside of the pipe, not the inside, which is what will damage your wires. So, this isn't very useful, but hey, it looks almost like a Klein reamer.

Terrible for hand use. Awesome for compact drill

Really cool that you can use with your drill. But honestly, you can only use it with your drill. Try using it by hand, it gets caught on every burz. The Klein Just turns right through the burz. This tool literally won’t even push through a small burz on a 1/2 Emt.

Good quality, doesn't work

Look good, feels good, made of good quality materials but in the end doesn't work for reaming which is what its meant to do so max 2 stars here. I sadly will be going back to my very old expensive Klein one instead.
