Good Customer Service - Now a loyal customer
I really love my Versa 2. Even though I don't take full advantage of all of the options, I rely on a number of them. After 14 months, my display has failed. After several unsuccessful attempts following instructions to restart the watch and to "fix" the display by changing the clock face, I called the Fitbit customer service number. The agent was very friendly and professional. He quickly concluded, like me, that the display had failed and sent my request to the warranty department. They almost immediately sent me a 35% off discount code to replace my watch. I am satisfied with that and upgraded to a Versa 4 (based on color choice!) I thought about switching to a lower priced competitor product. But the reviews for the Fitbit product are so good that I decided to give them a chance to do something about my failed product and I'm glad I did. So I guess I am now officially a loyal Fitbit customer!

Watch will stop working right as warranty ends
I have had this particular fitbit for 3 years and I have loved it, as I have loved my fitbits in the past but one thing that always occurs without fail is that the watch always dies on me right at or around the end of either the manufacturer warranty or my purchased extended warranty. The features are great and useful but I have not had one watch last even five years with good care. I would like to get another but I know the outcome will be the same. Unfortunately I am thinking about straying away from fitbit and utilizing a different type of smart watch.

Upgrade from a fitbit charger 2
I was really excited for this to arrive. I've been sporting a charge 2 since it came out and wanted an upgrade. So far i love it. While exercising the heart rate thing does seem to sometimes jump to high but it only lasts a few seconds and goes back down. The screen is big, which has been an adjustment and it's got color which my previous Fitbit did not have. I love that I can set alarms and check the weather. Alexa is on there and I have not used it. I love that I can download clock faces(think that's what they're called). I currently have one that allows me to put a picture of my kids and I absolutely love that. There are multiple bands and screen protectors so mix and match was fun to make it it more personable. Battery life has been the usual life of a Fitbit battery. Think I got away with 6 days before I charged it and it was at 20 percent so not too bad.

battery capacity could be improved. We've had similar, "cheaper" versions of the same, that would stay charged for 9-10 day. Seems like this one heads to the charger every 2 to 3 days.

I purchased this smart watch in September 2020. Now 30 months later, March 23, it has died. That is a little disappointing but maybe I was expecting too much. It was useful in tracking my heart rate. It was also useful to monitor my sleep levels and oxygen levels. I am not sure how trustworthy it it was in tracking steps because it counted arm movements, as in sweeping and mopping, as steps. Also recorded stairs when I had not gone up any. I could have done without some of the features, such as music and never really learned to use some of the features. My deficiency not the watch.

Easy to use, light and thin, personalizeable, plenty to offer with apps
This is a product I have bought and played around with The Fitbit Versa 2 is the sister watch to Versa 1 and Versa 3, I choice to go with this watch because the Fitbit brand has always been one that seems reliable, as I am a stay at home mom in college for PSW and just buying a watch for 300$ wasnt in the cards for me, so when an offer came up for paying 45$ for 5 months I couldn't turn it down. Now being a mom of a Newborn and a 10 year old buts not always easy to get to my phone and hey what mom doesn't want to get back in to shape after having a baby. So I was looking around for a smart watch that would do the things I needed, but wouldn't break my bank. So let's break this down, first the Design *This watch is thin and light weight *you can personalize the home screen to give it a little more you, with being able to add a new screen interface like Samsung theme, there are free ones and ones you pay for. There is also ones that will change your always on screen. *easy to change bands with all different styles are great prices *screen protectors at a good price and all different colors *easy to read apps and clear display *use to use charger, its ones with a little dock that the watch clips in to. But you can't have some screen protectors on when using it, thou that's not a big deal as there easy to remove and put back on. Now the tech part of it *app is easy to use and put your info in, it's easy to find what you need and looking for, the only thing that threw me was where the update was when it showed on the screen I didn't click it, the update however is in the help spot in the settings so now I know its easy to find The apps are changeable on screen to what you use most, and even for women it has the Period tracker so if your trying to get pregnant also shows you fertility times. This watch keeps track of your heart rate, your sleep, your steps, and more You can also pair it with a smart scale that isn't a fitbit brand(make sure you check compatible first before buying third party) but it was all easy to set up and connect. And being a mom this watch makes Alarms right on my wrist, text messaging is great cause I can reply, open it to pop up on my phone, or just close it. There is also a subscription you can pay for, right now it offered 90 days free for me, for get Premium access with workout videos and few other perks, but you don't have to have it to enjoy the other watch has to offer. The battery life is actually really good for the fact I have the light on all the time(which you can put it in to sleep mode so your always on screen and notifications do not show durning a time at night) I stick it on the charger before I go to bed it takes maybe 30 mins to an hour to be fully charged and will last me from when I go to bed till I put it on the charger the next night, cause I use the alarms and clock durning night time feeds for my little one. So what didn't I like, well over all for someone wanting a fitbit the price is a little up there for paying 300$ out right for, but if you can get a deal then it's one to have. I would have loved to have got the Versa 3 or Sense one but for the price it wasn't in my budget, I would also have liked to seen when you get a phone call you could are threw the phone, when you send a text you can use a the mic so I would have thought you could use the phone call but no it just opens the call on your phone, so maybe if you hook a Bluetooth ear piece it might work, will have to see. Also one problem I have is I am Canadian and my bank won't link to the wallet , I even tried my capital one credit even thou its on the list and it didn't work. So anything on it, like clocks guess they won't get money from me. Now I didnt try to water resistance part of it cause like any tech I don't like pushing it when it comes to watch and how much you pay for the watch. Over all I would recommend this watch to anyone looking to keep track of losing weight, who is in the go and makes it hard to always keep a phone in hand, and wants a smart watch that is thin and light I have a small wrist and it sits nice on me. So I hope this helped anyone looking in to this watch

Lovely watch, very motvating!
I got this for my birthday and I have been using about a month now. This is my first Fitbit so I can't really compare to the other models but as an individual product it is great. I bought it to encourage me to walk more and have been using it for my couch 2 5k runs, I find it seems fairly accurate and the automatic workout sensor is very cool although it did get it wrong one time and thought I was on the eliptical when I was actually running lol! but every other time it has been correct in sensing whether I am running or walking. The sleep function is very cool and seems to be accurate, I find it interesting to check each morning! The app is great although at times I can have trouble SYNCing it to my watch, it always resolves after I turn off bluetooth and reconnect but can get a bit annoying. The app is great though, you can find more in depth information about your sleep cycles, your steps, distance you've walked, your workouts and more, you can track your period and symptoms and it will predict when you are next due on, you can also track your birth conrol pills etc. I you wish you can track your calories and the food you've eaten or the water you have dank. There is a community section and you can add your friends to motivate and support each other which is very nice. There are many apps to choose from, there are apps for kegel exercises, for meditation/mindfulness, for toothbrushing etc. There is a premium function but I have not bought it, through this you have access to workouts etc but for me personally I wasn't willing to pay for it from the reviews I read it seemed overpriced. Another thing I have read is aparently the tend to break if you use them in water so be careful of that..I personally take it off to shower etc as to me it's not worth the risk. I like to use spotify through my watch when running/walking as it makes it so much easier to skip through songs rather than pulling my whole phone out! Overall I am very happy with the watch, it looks great, I got the pink colour and I love it! It looks smart and goes with every outfit and it doubles up as a nice accessory as well as being functional. It definitely motivates me to keep active and I love all the additional apps and functions, I would recommend it!
