My kid said it was really fun to play on!

I mounted it in our basement it took a long time to do it probably because it was on a concrete wall. I put it low enough so my son can dunk on it with his friends. The pump that it came with worked amazingly. The ball though deflated. When ever we pumped it up it would deflate over the day.

Great starter hoop!

This was a great buy. It basically hangs like a mounted TV would. Easy to install. I would say that the brackets that come with it would fit a 5x5 post maybe. The pole I tried to mount it on was a little big for the bracket but it wasn’t a hard obstacle to overcome.make sure to use loctite on the rim bolts. The kids use a size 7 ball and it works fine. The ball that comes with it is rather small.

Fantastic hoop! Major upgrade from over the door hoops.

Our family needed an upgrade for our over the door basketball hoop in our basement. We needed something bigger than the over the door hoop but smaller than the standard size hoop. This was the only hoop that I could find in this size range. It’s perfect for our basement with 8ft ceilings. Set up was extremely easy. It appears to be great quality. My only gripe is the $150 price tag. Given that it’s the only one of its kind, we’ll keep it and hope to use it for many years to come. I debated between this and arcade basketball. I’m glad we went with this as it allows for more flexibility and takes up a lot less space.

mounted it to concrete block wall with anchors

so my HOA doesn't allow permanent fixtures like basketball hoops on the house. i used 3/8" red head drop in anchors to mount the mounting plate under the gable above my garage door. the hex bolts are only threaded on hand-tight so i can easily remove the bolts and mounting plate. works like a charm! i can remove the backboard and mounting plate by hand with only a stepstool.

Good, not great

At the time of this review there aren’t many/any other options between over the door and full on backboards. This isn’t worth the price, but it has a market spot by itself. Overall this works and is good, except for the cheap plastic the rim screws into. The mounting is well made, why would they make this where the rim screws into a hollow plastic shell? It was loose and swiveled on arrival. I tightened it only to realize it screws into hollow plastic and tightening it was compressing that. It’s as if it’s a manufacture designed breaking point. The backboard is a bit flimsy for the size, our over the door backboard was thicker. In the end this works best in our basement, and my son loves it. I won’t buy another when this breaks.

Why the giant sticker?

Have not used it yet as an still trying to get the giant advertising sticker they put right on the backboard and is impossible to remove easily Why ruin the look of the backboard with this sticker?

La canasta tiene muy buenos materiales, y la verdad me gusto porque lo puedo quitar y poner si hay lluvia. Le entra un balón del #5 que es el que usa mi hijo para jugar.
