mine had everything

Mine came with 5 top hats, 5 tiaras, 5 leys, 5 triangular, rotating noisemakers, 5 silver blowhorn noisemakers and one roll of serpentines. I docked one star because two of the top hats were a little dented on the top edge.

I really like this product

I really like this product. It's more like 4.8 stars to be honest... I loved the top hats, tiaras, and the various noisemakers... I'd have preferred more of these in place of the leis and throws, but that's subjective... Definitely recommend...

reasonable quality for the money

Used this kit as props for a play, and it worked well for what was needed. Some of the hats didn't stand up too well, but a good deal for the price.

Ok for one time use

Kit included 5 top hats, 5 tiaras, 5 silver bead necklaces, 5 black leis and 10 blowers. 3 of the 5 tops hats were cracked at the top (see picture) over all this pack is just ok. ***Please note the noise makers pictures in the original photo were not included!***

Great, Cheap NYE Toys

I purchased this party pack for NYE and it was perfect. I only have a picture of the tiara, but the hats were big enough for the boys and the tiara was fairly comfortable for a cheap plastic toy. The noisemakers worked great and everything came in tact.

Great kit

I actually liked this set. It was a little bit of everything, but I did order some additional tiaras b/c I knew my party would have a few more women than men. I loved the noise makers. Nothing was broken and functioned well.
