This is a fine product. My main issue is that these brackets
This is a fine product. My main issue is that these brackets, and the "EZ Frame Braces," need to be sold as a set. You need a total of four of these brackets (sold as pairs), and four Braces to make a swing set - plus appropriate hardware (lag bolts, screws, washers, nuts, and a one pound box of stainless steel screws) and lumber (1 4"x6"x8' beam, four 4"x4"x8' legs, two 2"x6"x8' cross supports, in my case). Even if you remember to buy two sets of brackets and two sets of braces (I did not, which is why I know have Prime), the instructions are unclear that you need to 2x or 4x the amount of hardware listed on the instructions to actually have what you need for the project. Finally, the list of hardware should be included on the webpage. It's extremely difficult to read the hardware requirements on the EZ Frame website - and it needs to be listed on Amazon as well. Also important - although the Brackets will work with either a 4"x6" or a 4"x4" beam, the Braces ONLY WORK with a 4"x6" beam. My Lowes does not carry the 4"x6" beam in 8', so I originally bought and assembled the swing with a 4"x4" beam - which I had to replace (from Home Depot) with a 4"x6" beam in order to be able to use the braces. Save yourself multiple trips to the store - buy 2 pairs of braces, 2 pairs of brackets, and appropriate hardware. You will also need a bit driver for your drill to install all the stainless screws - which normally comes in the box of screws (be careful - the heads strip on these screws easily). In short, excellent product - but it should be sold in sets to avoid the above issues. Enjoy

Makes a good swing set
Note--buying the right number of brackets is hard. Make sure you end up with 4 of these brackets before you try to set things up. I actually underbought the brackets even after reading other reviews that discussed how confusing it is to get the right number of brackets. In the end, I built a very good swing set with this (and the EZ frame support brackets, which are a separate item. You need all four of these brackets, and four of the other EZ support brackets as well. The directions advocate building the swing set on its side and then righting it. If, like me, you decided to make the swing set a bit taller than was recommended, this righting process probably won't work. My plans called for sinking the legs in concrete and there was a slight slope to the land (corrected by burying the uphill legs deeper). The first time I tried to assemble the product, the combination of a very tall structure (the legs were nine feet long to account for a foot and a half to be sunk in the concrete and a seven and a half tall set). This combined with the slight slope of the land resulted in a huge, heavy structure momentarily in freefall. When the thing landed, the stresses popped the heads off the screws and the entire thing went down as I ran for my life. So I bought everything again and started over. This time, I assembled the "A"s, then attached the cross beam to one, and then climbed a ladder and put the other "A" under it. The Assemble-and-then-Right method may work for a shorter swing set, but I recommend my technique for anything larger.

Excellent Replacement for Play Gym
It was the perfect replacement part for our Play Gym after a severe storm caused the entire gym to flip on its side and bend/twist the metal brackets. The swing area snapped off and after ordering this part and some new lumber my grandson's play area was restored. Thank you

Perfect
My grand daughter's old, heavy wooden swing set was crumpled by a storm. Some new timbers and these brackets fixed it up as good a new! The old sets are so much better than the new ones of today.

Good, as a starter.
These are solid for the bones of the structure, but needed added support. Materials for building a swingset on self leveling substrate (sand, crush, pea gravel). 6: 8' 4x4 1: 10' (or 12ft for additional building) 4x6 16' 2x4 4: 6" 5/16 carriage bolt 2: 8' 5/16 bolts 12: 5/16 washer 6: 5/16 nut (or 12 if you want to use a lock nut on top of the main bolt nut) 4: 6" 3/8 lag screw w/ washer Whatever swing mounting hardware you choose ( i used 3/8 eye bolts and anchor shackles) Built the structure with 4 of these brackets, then use one 8' 4x4 lag bolted 1.5 inches from the bottom of each footer. This will form a brace across the bottom of the structure that prevents the footers from splitting out under weight ( think of each a frame as a triangle). Use 2x4 to create gussets on each side of the 4x6 and connect it to a 2' 2x4 running across the aframe about 1.5' from the top brackets. Bolt through the 4x6 to connect both the 2x4 gussets to the structure. No sway, no lerching.

Easy to use and affordable!
These brackets are good and fairly easy to use. The only complaint I have is that I wish it came with the bolt you need to get through the 4x6 beam that most people use. I went to Lowes and was only able to find 6 or 8-inch bolts. The 6-inch was just a little too short and the 8-inch was far too long. In the end I used the 8-inch and just had to cut off the last inch and a half. It would have been nice if 6.5 or 7-inch bolts were included. But all things considered, if I were building another swing set, I'd definitely use these again!

Good for DIY swing set
Used this in conjunction with the angled side brackets that work together for structural strength on a home built swing set for the kids. This made the joining of the swing bar and "A" frame supports on the end a snap. I used two and put one on the front I one of the back. I wouldn't recommend using just these bracket as I have seen some suggest though. My swing bar was a 4 X 6 and it worked great with the 4 x 4 "A" frame posts.

Pricey , but worth it
A little pricey for these braces, but worth paying the extra money . Easy to install, lines up the angle of the legs for you. Sturdy and will last a lifetime.

Great product, easy to use and makes building a swing set so easy. With these brackets I was able to build a combination three seat swing set, climbing wall/slide platform and a cantilever toddler swing in just one afternoon. It should be noted that you need to use these brackets along with the Swing-N-Slide EZ Frame Brace, with these two items your swing set will be very sturdy.

2 per A-frame
Work like a charm. You need two per A-frame. The kid love the swing set

Just ok
In itself buying four is not sufficient to have a robust swing. You will need the braces as well.
