Bought it twice
Love these cutting mats! I'm on my second set of these mats. They hold up for quite a while and store so conveniently in the board that holds them. Guess what? I never use them on the board. You probably won't either. Right on the countertop. They're so easy to clean. I put them in the front/back/sides of the dishwasher after every use. Never had a problem with sanitizing them. I don't use any of the mats for their specific "intended" use. Zero problems. Why have big ol' clunky cutting boards taking up space, when you can have 7 taking up the space of 1? Great deal! Great product!

Doesn’t fit
So I bought this for the convenience of multiple cutting boards in one. Sadly, the plastic cutting boards do not fit on top of the wooden cutting board, it’s bigger than section to place them in. Of course, I threw out the box so I can’t return it. But very disappointed it doesn’t fit. Just giving those future buyers a heads up.

Just what we needed
I got this after a comment from my boyfriend that he wanted to get us some nice, wood cutting boards for our condo, but we don't have much storage in our condo so I thought this would be a great in-between. While it is a bit bulky, I love the interchangeable mats which makes it so easy to switch between ingredients when cooking because you can just lift a mat and set it aside and put down the next one on the board, making prep super easy. The two things that I'm not a fan of, but are SUPER minor, is that if you put hot/warm meat on the mat to cut the mat will start to curl up so it can rotate and twist instead of staying locked down on the depression of the board, and how the mats catch on the slats when you're sliding them back in for storage. I find I have to put my hand underneath to guide it or flip it upside down so they'll all slide in the whole way. Otherwise these are amazing and make clean up so much faster. Worth the investment to me (note: the mats do show knife marks, so at some point after normal wear and tear they'll need replacing).

have had this item for a long time now and still works great has nice spot built in to hide the cutting mats which is perfect..it is easy to clean and just overall works great...would recommend to others

I've been using this cutting board for just under a year, ordered it in March 2016, and not one thing to complain about. I would say I use this most, if not every, day of the week. We have put this thing to the test! We've cut a ton of vegetables and our green mat has taken a beating, but again, nothing to complain about. Pros: it helps keep our food separate while prepping Easy clean up ( we hand wash every element, never been in a dishwasher) Extremely sturdy Cons: None I've read some reviews of people having cracked board and cracked sheets, but my only thought to that is potential excessive heat on the mats or excessive moisture left on the board for a long period of time...or really just a faulty board, which is terrible in anyway. We make sure to wipe the board down so no moisture sits on it for long periods of time. No heavy cleaners have ever touched it, simple sponge with a little soap, but dry right away. keep away from hot spots and continual moisture in the kitchen. And for the company to charge for the shipping, why not take your customer service to the next level and split the shipping of the new one with the customer? Now if you (Seville Classics) are getting an unusual amount of calls regarding cracked boards, than maybe take a look at the production? If it's just a few (and by few would depend on sales and overall distribution) I would suggest keeping your customers happy. Just my two cents.

Il semble y avoir un défaut de fabrication. Les tapis sont plus grand que l'emplacement prévu sur le dessus de la planche. Les tapis ont donc tendance a glisser.

Attractive , well made product.
This Seville Classic cutting board is attractive enough to stay on your counter. I ordered a second one for my daughter and will be ordering a third one for another daughter. I am just disappointed that they don't sell replacement mats as they cut easy. I cut right thru mine not long after purchase . Having mats for different foods makes it so easy. I can prepare the veggies and set aside. Take out the meat mat and prepare the meats and set aside.. etc. It saves a lot of time when you don't have to keep washing the board after each food is prepared. I do like how flexible the mats are as it makes it very easy to pick up the whole mat and pour the ingredients right into the cooking vessel . I would give it 5 starts if the mats were a wee bit thicker, while keeping them flexible. Overall nice product and an attrative addition to my kitchen. **** Please note that I am an avid cook and my knives are probably sharper than the average home, so the mats are probably just fine for people who don't have knives as sharp as I like to keep mine.

Cutting Mats dont fit properly
I will be returning this product immediately due to the fact as other verified buyers have pointed out, the cutting mats don't fit properly on the board. Great concept, very poor execution & obviously there is poor quality control for the product. So simple to correct so I am not entirely sure why the company doesn't address the issue immediately considering judging from other reviews this has been an ongoing issue.

Quality and sturdiness
Good item, easy to use. The sheets are quite thick, so it should last for a decent time. Do get scratched and marked from knives but that's I consider normal.
