Everything is Here and I am Happy
The bits are oiled up on arrival. One slot in the case comes empty. This is normal. Look at the advertised photos.

Generally a Great Kit Overall
To preface this review I would like to mention I have always been a fan of Craftsman tools. I took some time with this bit set before writing this review. In the last few days I put together two beds (1 queen and 1 triple bunk bed for the kids) and added some screws to some loose boards on the back deck. These bits held up very nicely. No stripping (of the bits) and did the job they were meant to do. I’ll sum up my thoughts below: Pros: It comes in a nice plastic case that is easy to open, holds the bits very well, and makes it easy to find the size you are looking for (for the ones that have designated spots). All the the bits came with a light coating of oil/grease for rust protection. Bits were also sturdy and held up to every task I used them for. The magnetic bit holder fit well in my Dewalt driver, held the bits very well, and made it easy to swap between bits quickly during a project. Cons: The mix of bits in the small plastic box in the upper right hand side of the kit saves space but does make it difficult to find the size bit you want quickly. Also takes a little getting used to opening it to access them (don’t take the whole thing out - a little difficult to do and can open within the box... with much practice). Another Con, and may not matter to others, is that Craftsman (once manufactured in the USA) has these being made in China. While I do understand it is cheaper to do so, seeing this company following the trend of so many others is a little disappointing. Overall a solid kit. I deducted 1 star for the Cons listed. Most will find this kit very useful.

Case a lot bigger than it needs to be.
Case is bigger than it needs to be and there isn't a good way to use the extra space. I really like the variety of bits and drill bits. It is a good basic tool set to pair with a drill.

Bought a bunch of, different, drill bits. You never have enough.
You can NEVER have too many drill-bits in your shop. The smaller ones have the most problems, SO0o, I just keep a handy-dandy collection of various TYPES of drills. The Concrete ones are the hardest ones to find. THESE did VERY nicely. I'd BUY more, but hope I don't HAVE to A handyman 'round the house knows what I'm trying to say. So far, S0Oo good!

Box is unnecessarily large
The box is massive for what it contains, which was a problem for me cos I needed it to fit in a smaller tool bag. Such a waste of plastic. You can find the same amount or more bits in smaller packages from other brands.
