These are sooo awesome. Very sturdy and strong. I used it as soon as I opened the box. This whole set is just perfect for a party and everyday use for juices, coffee.. anything and everything.

My fave pint on the left, Libbey "16 ounce" on the right

I really like this glassware. The set I ordered came with 6 glasses, a chip dip bowl plus a lid for the dip. The glasses are a bit smaller than my favorite pint glass. I like that smaller glasses reduce waste somewhat since guests won't be tempted to take more than they planned to drink. I did take a star off for the size of the glasses, however, because when I poured my full pint glass (with space left at the top for the head) into this Libbey 16 oz glass, it was filled to the rim with no space left. I think if you're expecting 16 ounce glasses, you should know that it is only 16 ounces when filled to the rim. I did get my measuring cup out and measured 16 ounces and yes, it is only 16 ounces when filled to the very tippy top. See my photo with my favorite pint glass on the left, Libbey "16 ounce" glass on the right. As you know, a pint is 16 ounces. Anyway, the glass feels like a decent quality thickness and the curved rim gives it a nice feel on your mouth. Giftable. At the time of this review the retail price was around $26 on sale which is a great deal for the quality.

Happy, not wowed

I am happy with this set but not wowed. The bowl is the perfect size and shape for a veggie platter. Not too shallow where things fall out but not too deep for selecting a crudité. The small rounded bowl is the right size and shape for dip and the lid is ok. About the quality of a sour cream container lid. Nothing special there. The reviews made me think the glasses were going to be something outstanding but they are just nice. Not super heavy like I would expect for a beer glass, but more everyday use. The bottom is thicker for stability and the lip is thin enough to be actually pleasing on the lips when sipping.

Game Night Set

What a great little set! We put this set out for Thanksgiving and every single person ended up asking me where we got the set from! The glasses are super cool and everyone enjoyed them. They were used for both beer and for soda. The glass itself is a bit thin but, we had no problems with use or through the dishwasher. The serving platter came in super handy and I especially love that the dipping bowl came with a cover for refrigerator storage for the leftovers. This set would make a perfect gift for the person who truly does have everything! I would highly recommend this wonderful set of entertaining glasses.

Nice and thick

I have a drinking problem. I tend to dribble and spill all over myself. The family thinks it's hilarious. These glasses are awesome and even I don't drip. Fun, comfortable shape is great for older kids also. Glass is thick and well made with no flaws. Bowls are the perfect size, together or alone. The lid on the small bowl is very thick. I like that my dip, salsa or nacho cheese won't spill in the fridge. You might have guessed that I spill things :) This would make a good hostess, housewarming or wedding gift.

Love the glasses!

The glasses have an inward-facing lip, making them less messy and more comfortable to drink from. The only catch is that they cannot be stacked for storage in your cabinet. The glass bowl is hefty and fits lots of chips or other grab foods. The smaller center bowl is perfect for just about any dips and has a handy cover. This is an excellent party set!
