You will be happy with this product

Got the plates because they were so colorful and beautiful and I could't be happier. They say not to microwave, but if you are just doing it for a minute or less it is just fine, so I love them and use them everyday.

Plates for non meat eaters

Do not buy these if you plan to use steak knives, they scratch fairly easily if you cut meat in them. Otherwise they are beautiful, wash nicely in the dishwasher and are otherwise perfect.

Prettier in person

These are beautiful and feel sturdy. Haven't had a chance to use them but think if you hand wash and take care of them they will last a long time. Got them for outside by the pool and can't wait to use them.

So unique!

Was looking for something out of the ordinary that was lighter weight than stoneware but with comparable durability. Glossy vibrant colors on the top surface. I only wish it was the same on the bottom surface instead of the plain peacock blue color. Overall I’m very happy about this purchase.

Disappointed the print is only on top.

This material is amazing. It's durable, yet looks like blown glass with metal flake into it. BUT the design that looks like glass is ONLY on the tops. When using in a dinner setting, it would be visible that the bottoms are not the same glass look-alike print but solid blue; ultimately showing the set is not glass. Other than that, it is a great material and print design that looks like a glass blown set with metal flake

Great plates

I love the color of these plates, they work with small kids in the house, the only thing is they can scratch, so try not to use sharp utensils on them. But other than that I love them

Very Nice Set!

I bought the like new warehouse version of these plates because it was half the price. The box they sent me was brand new and unopened but it had a random hole in it. Everything inside was perfect! Definitely try that if they're available. You can always return it at no charge if there's a problem. As for the overall quality, these are great? We bought them to use outside in the summer without having to worry about them breaking. They are melamine (plastic) exactly as pictured with kind of a stoneware look on the inside only. Finish is very nice and durable. Thicker than other melamine ware I've used which is a great thing. You can put them in the dishwasher but not the microwave. I don't understand any of the negative reviews I've read. These are exactly what they say they are. Casual and nothing fancy for outdoor dining use. If you're expecting something more, you will likely be disappointed.

I really like these dishes because of their look and sturdy feel. My family hates them because they can't go in the microwave. I am still switching.
