nice product Packaging bad..

Product is nice I love it but what's up with the packaging fragile stuff loose on the box!! I receive 5 broken Pcs. Can I get a replacement on the 4 coffee cups and the bowl plate??

Very nice set but..... after 4-6 weeks gold design started disappears. i contacted amazon for replacement - was told no such thing for replacement. Very disappointed .

These were really heavy and looked almost identical to the Dollar store dishes they sell! Sent them back!

Get the Blues

This dinnerware set is gorgeous. The blue graphic is stunning without being gaudy. Quality is excellent. Well crafted they will enhance any table. They are beautiful enough for special occasions and casual enough for everyday. They are both dishwasher and microwave safe.

Fitz and Floyd Bloom 32-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 8 are pretty, the blue flowers are lovely shades of true blue. The majority in color is an off white, which is okay. The set arrived with several of the bowls broken, which is really disappointing, but not super surprising as the interior packing is rather flimsy. And the person who put the box on the porch sat it upside down, box has arrows indicating how it should be placed. But the set is pretty and attractive and I like it. The mugs have very nice handles and are of medium size. The little plates are small saucers, and few of them have differently sized lips on the bottom side, some thing and some very thin, almost non-exsistent. Dinner plates are nicely sized and seem very uniform. Bowls are generously sized, and nicely shaped.

Beautiful design, great for every day use

I had heard that Fitz and Floyd was fantastic ceramics but hadn't wanted to drop the coin to add some to my household. I have 6 kids . . . so dishware tends to have a short life. Fair disclosure . . . this shipped to me without any additional packaging. Although the manufacturer packaging seemed to be sufficient, several pieces arrived broken. I blame this more on the shipping than on the company. This is a nice set. It is not as thin or nicely shaped as Lenox or Mikasa but is still nice. They are solid feeling pieces so should handle daily wear better than the two I named would. The pattern on them was beautiful and I was unable to find any spots where the glaze did not completely cover the area that would be used for food. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
