Favorite non-metal mixing bowls
There are times when I feel more comfortable using a stainless steel bowl bc they are so easy to just toss in the dishwasher to get clean. For everything else, I grab these beautiful bowls! The lids snap on with a firm push in the center and I have not had any leaking issues. The lids make them great for transporting food to a potluck or storing something in the fridge. The colors are fun and after over a year of use I have not noticed any discoloration. When I first received them I noticed one bowl was missing the white rubber insert that makes it not slip on the counter. I contacted NordicWare customer support and they mailed me a replacement ring to pop in. Great customer service! Proud to purchase an American made product. They are not the cheapest bowls on the market but you get what you pay for. This is a quality product that I will be able to enjoy using in my kitchen for many years.

Expensive for bowls but they are very versatile.
I use my bowls for mixing, serving, traveling (Though the tops don't stay on nearly as well as they should) so you do get your moneys worth! Plus they're made in America which is always nice. You can feel the difference in the quality of the plastics being thick and sturdy... a shame the covers aren't as high quality as the rest but its better to have them then not.

Look and perform wonderfully
These are awesome. They look nice, the lids seal well, and they stack and store conveniently. Perfect for mixing or serving and they are just what I needed. I spent a lot of time looking for bowls and it was worth it to find these. I couldn't recommend the set more highly.

Lids don't stay on
These bowls are really nice quality but the lids don't stay on! Any time something bumps them in the fridge, it knocks the lid right off. Not happy with this purchase at all. Gave 2 stars because the quality of the bowls is really good.

Mixed Feelings - Very Nice Bowls, Lids are Terrible
I bought this set for 1 main reason, I needed a food bowl for my cat that was large, and with a lid. I would just use the rest of the bowls in the kitchen. The bowls are great - thick and heavy duty plastic but lightweight, non-skid bottoms, smooth edges, cleans easy. The lids don't snap, they just sort of rest inside the rim on the bowl. They won't work well for the kitchen, or for my cat's food bowl (she lifted it right off without any effort). I thought about returning them, but they really are great bowls. I'm buying some silicone lids in hopes that would work on these bowls. Overall, these bowls with lids are overpriced significantly for what they are ($30 for the set of 4 bowls and 4 lids). I know they sell these bowls without the lids for $10 less, and that seems a little more fair. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer and Amazon to see if they are willing to assist, and will update this feedback if they do. EDIT: After reaching out to Nordic Ware, they sent replacement lids and they work much much better. my original 3/5 stars is 5/5. I am really enjoying these bowls, and my cat hates the new snugger lid, so it's perfect lol.

Update: My new bowls were shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. The bowls are sturdy and nonskid. I would purchase again. My bowls arrived damaged and dirty. In addition to the filth, the lids do not fit. I was VERY disappointed. I will be requesting a refund.

Nice bowls but way overpriced!
The bowls are nice, they are sturdy and the lids fit well and are easy to remove. They Would even make nice serving bowls. However these bowls are extremely overpriced. You can buy the set without the lids for $32 but if you want to lids I ended up paying $73. I can’t see how the lids would be worth $40. The whole set should be $40 including lids

Pretty and solid
Ok anything with a lid is a winner but the colours are nice and bold. The bowls are sturdy and so easy to wash.

Very nice bowls and covers
These arrived on time and in perfect condition. The oily smudges/fingerprints are just residue from manufacturing and packaging. Everything needs to be washed before first use, anyway. I actually bought the set for the 7 quart bowl, as that's the one I really wanted. The lids fit nicely. They're the kind where you put the lid on then push down on the center. These will be perfect for making sauerkraut and kimchi. The lids will provide a cover for the diced and sliced vegetables before putting it all in jars.

nice sturdy bowels
I really like this set, they came in really handy for everything, love the fact they have covers. I like the colours and the grip on the bottom of each bowel,they should last me for years.
