Great!

This is a great option for a trolling motor battery to keep it from getting wet. Only complaint is that even with the strap, you can’t really carry it by the top handle, as the straps come loose with the weight of the battery. I wish I snapped on instead, but overall it’s great. I love that it has power for charging your phone on the water if needed, as well as the battery life indicator

Perfect For Our Needs

We bought a 12 foot raft, added a floor to it. Put 2 beach chairs in it. Put a trolling motor and 2 batteries in this box. The box comes with the interior cables and no outside cables. It's weather proof and the strap included with it fit perfectly. One just needs to know how a strap like that works. Keeps tight and the case top doesnt move. Never comes loose. Seems to have two covered holes on the top in case one wants to add 2 more connections. Just punch them out. If I had a bigger boat I would not hesitate buying one or two for it. Really nice battery case especially for the money.

Needs locking clips instead of webbing

Box is sturdy but the webbing strap is hard to tighten. Side locking clips would be better. Overall happy with the purchase. Protects battery while on my boat and easy to trickle charge in my garage. Does not fit under my jon boat seat anymore but that's fine with me.

Worth the price

The media could not be loaded. Worth the price. At first I didn't think it was working, but I tried a spare battery and it works perfectly. Turns out the other battery was bad.

buy a strap to hold it together

made well but didn't come with the strap to hold it together. some type of latch system to hold it together would have been better

Battery box

Battery box does the job. Although i had to add a 50 amp circuit breaker that your set up will need. Easy to care by its handle or side groove lift points.

Good, can be Better!

First of all, the plastic used is of good quality. Nice space to install battery as mentioned. Strap works great, and holds the box tight - 1st learn how to install the strap in to the buckle to work as intended. I like the battery status indicator too. Not sure how accurate it is. What needs improvement? - Circuit breaker! It says that it has circuit breaker installed! Please see the picture carefully. It is connected to 12v cigarette lighter outlet plug, not for motor. So no protection if motor drains beyond limit. I installed 50amp circuit breaker (space available) to the positive terminal as seen in picture, to use it with Minn Kota 34lbs trolling motor running on UB12350 12V 35Ah SLA battery. I had to swap the terminals around. But that doesn't matter much. Not used yet! Excited to go for boating in a week or two, as time permits. Update: Went for boating on 27th June 2021, and had fun for about 1.5 hours (non-continuous) with my family before battery went low, and it worked great, as intended. Recommended by me.

Handle Come off too easy .... watch your toes

Please be careful carrying this ... the handle comes off easily and Ive nearly crushed my feet and luckily havent broke the battery inside.

Hasn't been used yet!

I can see that it is well made. I have a lightweight 12 V batter for my Kayak motor. The Station Box will be a nice fit for my fishing trips.

Just wish it had a built in usb but no biggie

Considering the price difference between this and the other brand name boxes, this is a great deal. Everything works properly and it came earlier than expected. Very satisfied with this purchase!
