Great Hand Mixer!
My hand mixer quit, and with this one having so many positive reviews I decided to try it. This mixer is great! I love the case it comes with to keep everything together and the attachments are nice, too. Great product!

It works really well. I bought it because the beaters were supposed to be dishwasher safe. However, they have rusted. So far I have been able to wipe off the rust, but it wasn't supposed to get there in the first place. Disappointed to say the least.

This product is just okay.
I hate to sound harsh or be rude but I have to be honest. I did purchase this used and in good condition, so I was fully aware there would be maybe some imperfections to it etc; but when I received it, it was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, the dough beaters had rust on them; and it was completely missing the regular beaters! I cleaned it up as best I could- plugged it in to see if it’d e en work and the fan that is in the front of it- is extremely loud, louder than normal. I felt the product I got was way past good condition and ok its last leg. Idk if this was Amazon’s doing or someone else falsely described the condition of this product but I would think Amazon would check that. If so, Amazon failed to make sure all pieces were in the original packaging with the product and that’s disappointing. I had to send it back and will be ordering a completely different mixer. I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend this product - just simply saying I’d never purchase this used. Buy it new. I still will be purchasing a different mixer because I found this one to be extremely loud. Hope this is helpful. Sorry, Amazon and Black and Decker. I failed to take a picture of the one I received because after unboxing and cleaning and checking for the pieces etc; I immediately put it right back in the box and took to the UPS store a few days later.

The media could not be loaded. This is a good product but i havent tried it yet. Its way cheaper than the other branded ones but works the same way. Maybe make another review after a month

Good power but no slow speed
This mixer works well for the price. There are 3 things that keep me from giving it a 5 star rating. First and foremost, there is no slow speed, which means if you are trying to start mixing at a slow speed or mix something likely to splash, you have to start at quite a high speed with the result that the mixture sprays all over the place. My second and more minor complaint is that the wire beaters do not work as well as those made with flat pieces of metal. So, you have to mix longer to get the same result, especially with whipping cream and the like. My final, minor gripe, is that you have to be careful to put the beaters in the correct slot - they are not interchangeable. But, overall it is a good mixer for the price.

Black and Decker has failed me.
we were looking to improve our baking skills and hence ordered this Black and Decker mixer for use in India. It comes with the step-down transformer for 110V. It worked fine for few (3) times and then suddenly stopped working. We had to finish our cake using Bosch drilling machine. Do not waste your money on this product.

Excellent hand mixer
This mixer has lots of power. Attachments are easy to install and to remove and clean. It is light and easy to handle. I had left my hand mixer in Florida by mistake and needed one at home. I like this one better than the other one. Very happy with this purchase.

Game changer vs hand mixing
Lots of power in this mixer. Very well priced. Easy to use. Make small batches of cookies and small pan cakes easily. I would not use it for bread making. Perfect for cookie dough or banana bread type cakes
