Durable high quality

Works very well. Bright and versatile colours. My 7 year old has been using it for the past month and no issues. The label rubs off over time with use but the tips and colours stand up to use by multiple children in her class.

I have a little artist who goes through those 8 pack markers in a week or two. This was an unbelievable buy. 50 colors such low price and washable! Highly recommended.

Meh color choice

This is a decent set. I wish there were more colors, though. Yes, there are 50 -- but there are some that are almost indistinguishable from others. There are too many blues and greens and fewer reds/oranges and purples. There are no truly bold colors, either, which is the most disappointing part. The quality is decent. I can't complain too much, though -- I've certainly gotten a lot of use out of this set!

Grandkids love it

Different colors of pink and blue and green are in the mix of all the markers u get. My grandkids don’t fight over who is hogging the pink or purple or blue marker bc they have a lot to chose from. Great buy!

Good price and variety of colors; great for custom DIY alcohol ink!

These seem fine for what I want. I just received them in the mail and I did a page in a coloring book — which actually was quite soothing to do, to my surprise — to test some of the colors at random and make sure I got a good batch of markers. One or two of them did seem a little harder to get color from, so there might be some dryness there. But, it’s okay because I didn’t buy these to color with. I have them in mind for a DIY project and as long as there is at least some ink in the nib, it should be fine. I certainly do like the price of them, for 50 markers. 12/14/18 update: So, the DIY project I mentioned above involves using these markers to make custom alcohol ink and they’ve proven to be terrific for that. That’s really why I bought these markers, in the first place; I wasn’t looking for something to color with. It’s an easy process: I crack open the plastic marker case of the color I want and carefully pull out the ink cartridge inside. I then fill a small bottle with the regular 70% alcohol you buy in the drug store and drop the cartridge in to soak for a while. The ink distribution goes faster if you cut the cartridge into pieces with scissors. I’ve been dyeing some white silk ribbon I have and it’s come out in the most gorgeous, ethereal pastels I’ve ever seen. It gives the ribbon shine, too, somehow. These are washable markers, so I wouldn’t trim clothes with this ribbon. But, you could certainly use the ribbon for home decor or jewelry making — anything that will not be tossed into a washing machine, in other words. So, I’m using these markers not as intended, but I’m still very happy with them because these make beautiful alcohol inks and the commercial brands out there are ridiculously expensive. With these markers, you can make better for pennies per color.

Second time purchasing!

I previously ordered these markers before from Blick. It's around the same price and I love them. Easy to use and for sure lasts a long time. Good for kids of all ages! I use this for general art. Markers can be pricey but this does the job for a good one. Thank you amazon!

Good selection of markers from a trusted supplier

I bought this set of markers for my Adult Coloring Group. I had bought the same set many years ago and many of the pens had not dried up so I decided to stick with Sargent. When I received the item I was found out that the "new" version of this set was completely changed. The markers are larger, and the case not as easy to deal with. I prefer thinner markers but after playing with the new ones I found that I could use the point two ways on the side for thicker lines and straight on for fine ones, once I got used to this all was good. The color glides well over the paper. The color selection is very good, although the actual color on the pen is not accurate.. I made a tiny square of color and taped it onto the top of the marker, that way I can check the exact color I want with no surprises, it was a pain having to do this but in the long run is worth it. I have some issues with the case, the markers do not stay in their slots and I am always putting them in order again. I am thinking of putting them in a pencil roll up case but I think the slots would be too small. I use these markers on my adult coloring books. I did NOT receive this item for free not at a discount so my report is completely unbiased.

Great Color Selection and Quality

These are great markers. The color selection is great and they have not bled through the paper I color on which is a little thicker than copy paper. They do not fade if you are coloring a large section either unlike some of the other markers I have tried. My only grievance with this product is some of the colors (I have only noticed it with the green shades) do not match the color of the barrel. It is not a big deal because I usually test the markers on a sheet of scrap paper first anyway. I would recommend these markers to everyone.

Not exactly washable but good value for money

Nice hefty bunch of markers for kids that tend to misplace them. They don’t wash off clothes and skin as easily as their brush tip markers, but are good value for money.

Great color, nice fine tips but not so fine that they are hard and scratch your paper. I love the assortement of colors and so far I haven't come across any that have been dried out.

I love all the different shades to choose from! Nice colouring tips, I just wish they included some real skin toned colours. I had to purchase a few Copic markers to get those.
