The product doesn't tell you exactly which kind of cartridge it carries. They are not honest about their product. Of course I am returning it!

Best Customer Support Ever

I'm going back through all of my Amazon purchases beginning in 2001 and writing reviews for the notable products I've purchased over the years. By notable, I mean products that I am very happy with as well the ones that I now regret purchasing. In the case of this faucet, I bought it in 2011 and it easily fits into the Outstanding category - I've had it for 2 years and it still functions as well now as it did on the day I received it. I have been buying nothing but Moen plumbing products for years. I do so primarily for the quality of product, but what really seals the deal is their customer support. On the rare occasion where a product doesn't work or last the way it should, they immediately ship a replacement - no questions asked, no extra charges. Exemplary customer support!! I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend it to anyone considering purchasing it.

Nice faucet

Bought two of these for home renovation project. Described by vendor as 2.2 GPM. Received faucets with 1.8 GPM flow restriction for Vermont and Calif. Called Moen tech support. Turned out flow on these faucets is determined by type of aerator installed. Moen shipped 2.2 GPM aerators--no charge. Handed faucets and replacement aerators over to contractor for installation. One faucet worked fine. Other had internal leak on output side of valve. Water ran down into vanity under faucet. Called Moen tech support. They are shipping replacement faucet. I'm guessing this type of problem is relatively rare. We're very pleased with the faucet that worked and with Moen tech support.

Great easy to install faucet!

This faucet came with a very good set of instructions. I have had no problems with several Moen products I bought in the past so I did not mind paying a little more for this one. The unit came with the drain which fit and worked perfectly. This is a very well designed product and I highly recommend it. After installation it was necessary to remove the strainer and remove some debris before we could get full flow. Design wise I was a little disappointed with the narrowness of the handle. I have a wider Moen handle in another bathroom I like much better.

Great quality, but requires daily cleaning

The quality and craftsmanship of this is great. My only complaint is that I need to clean it daily. It has a HIGH gloss mirror like finish. Water that hits the surface will eventually dry and it leaves water marks. These can be easily wiped away however to retain the shiny mirror finish you see in the pics you will need to Windex the surface on a daily basis. Too much work in my opinion for a faucet. Next time I will avoid the shiny finish although this might be right up your alley if you are an OCD cleaning freak.

Looks good, works well.... what more could you ask for?

It is a faucet... it functions perfectly at its task. We updated a bathroom that had all brass fixtures to chrome and this faucet fit the bill. My husband installed it so I cannot comment on the ease of installation other than to say there was no loud cursing or additional trips to the hardware store... this indicates to me a fairly uncomplicated install. As to the comments about keeping it clean, it is shiny chrome it will take finger prints but they wipe off easily. All in all at good value.

Good faucet

It is second Moen faucet I bought. I like the quality of it. For the people who is going to buy it - it doesn't come with faucet connections, so it is better order them here too. Just search "faucet connector". You will need one with 3/8" Female Compression Thread x 1/2" I.P. Female Straight Thread. 20 inch worked fine for me. Also, it was not clear in the manual that to remove filter you need to unscrew it.
