Bending and pulling loose from the wall

Beautiful. Easy to install. However…. After about a month the rods started pulling loose from the wall and supports are bending. We purchased heavier duty drywall inserts. Using heavier screws we reinstalled. This is not going to work either. Supports started pulling loose on the top and digging into the wall on the bottom. I am so disappointed. We followed the directions. We are using 3 supports for the rods. It is ruining my newly painted, remodeled wall. Not sure what to do next….but can not recommend this product!!!

Waste of time and money

I should have trusted the reviews more. This was the hardest, most frustrating rods to hang. I'm not sure if the correct pieces were included. The diameters don't seem to be correct and they even got stuck and wouldn't extend! Returning them!

Worthless

Product's bracket bent under the weight of the curtains. Arrived with scratches and some dents but figured out that once installed it wouldn't be noticed. I proceeded to install the product anyway. You suppose that the manufacturer had calculate the weight the product could support. We are talking about a double curtain rod that extends from 120"-170" WRONG! once the curtains were hung the brackets bent. I am handy person.. Wasted my money and my time, plus the aggravation. Amazon should retire this product from the market. There have been several complaints. Amazon, what are you guys waiting for.

Poor quality product

There was no damage to the shipping box, but item had dents in the rods making some of them unusable. Finials were missing for the smaller rod and some of the plastic connectors were damaged or unusable.
