Way too long

Most shoes I have are 10 or 10.5. I ordered a 9.5 because I had an old pair of a different style of Rockports that were 9.5 and they fit perfectly. This new pair came and they are way too long, like a whole inch inside in front of my toe. That made the hinge too far up on my toe bone which caused discomfort. Strangely, they also seemed to be a bit narrow. I wore them for a while hoping the fit would improve, but it didn't. I ended up ordering a new pair, size 8.5 wide. I'd say the width of the 8.5 wide is about the same as the 9.5 regular, which is a little tight on me but not too bad. The length is much better. I'd recommend ordering a size smaller than you normally do. Build quality seems good, and they are super lightweight!

Relief!

Years ago my father discovered Rockport shoes and loved them. Because of that I bought these for a friend who was having trouble finding comfortable work shoes. He has a large, wide foot. He says they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever had! Nice to find a product that has retained its quality at a decent price.

I have bought 3 pair of these for my husband. He absolutely loves them. He has a work outside pair, a casual pair and an extra pair. He's picky about shoes and loves these. He says they are so comfortable

Great shoes

I am on my feet throughout the day for work. These shoes are comfortable and helps feet not be so sore. They have also proven to be very durable. I've had them more than a year and a half so far, and they're going strong.

Turned out to be a good buy

Bought to go on a air tour and knew I would be standing and walking. Was worried about not being broken in first but have been perfect on tour.

Good looking and comfortable

The leather has an odd papery feel to it but otherwise I love everything about this shoe. Hopefully it wears well. It's a solid walking shoe.

Sturdy Well-Made Shoe as Usual

I bought this shoe because other Rockport shoes have served me very well in the past. I still have several pairs 10 years and 15 years old that I wear. It's hard to find quality shoes these days, most names are toast after one years. Solid workmanship, lightweight but sturdy, comfortable, and built to last. The price was right too.
