The cover works great It is Deteriorating and coming apart leaving little blue floaties in the pool This is only the second season using it we live where the cover is put away in winter so it is only in the elements for 5 months It has a 7 year warranty but I do not know how to get it replaced help

It does help to warm my pool 20-25 degrees. The bad part is that the tape came unglued and the cover fell apart after only a few months use. Meh.

I bought this to reduce evaporation from our pool during the California Drought. It does that job well. it also warms the pool. I've seen it consistently 5 to 6 degrees warmer with the cover. Be aware that you should uncover the pool every few days to prevent an algae bloom. This is also just a blanket so getting it off the pool is a bit of a pain. It can be done by one person but two makes it easier. The material is plastic and does tear fairly easily so, be sure to pull firmly but slowly when moving it to prevent tears. Overall it does exactly what I bought it to do.

DETERIORATES VERY QUICKLY////WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This pool cover is a piece of junk . It deteriorates quickly. I only used it sparingly at the beginning of last season. i pulled it off dried it & stored it in a dray storage building. Yesterday, my son & I put it on the pool. While positioning it several times we ripped big places in it trying to position it. The blue is flaking off terribly & it looks like most of the bubbles are busted & filling with water. I just tried readjusting it & it is quite heavy & tearing every place I grab onto. Believe me I am not strong in my hands, they are crippled with arthritis. I am waiting now for my son to come help me get this piece of garbage out of my pool & take it to the dump where it belongs. I have had a cover on two different pools in IN & never had as bad of a problem as I have had with this. It is just not made for pools in warm climates like Florida. I am in the northern part of Florida & hate to think how quickly one would deteriorate in Miami, FL.

Very good cover

We are very happy with our pool cover. this is the second one that we have purchased. Our pool tends to hold the heat better with this cover than anything else we’ve tried.

Poor quality / very disappointed

This is not a well made pool cover. Less than after a year and a half the cover has started to deteriorate. This is with it being stored all winter in the basement. I would hate to see what it would be like if I had a year round pool! The pockets are splitting, breaking off and it tears with the most gentle of handling. The layers are also filling up with water so when it is rolled up on the real it adds a ton of extra weight. There is tiny pieces of blue plastic all over the place and littering my skinner basket. Over a week of dealing with the manufacture as it has a 5 year warranty they want to charge $55 to send a new one. Call to the gentleman that I have been corresponding with has left my call unreturned. Very dissappointed.

Item working as described and kept pool at a much higher temperature than previous types of solar blankets. Have noticed a few bubbles with condensation, this is 1st year of use. Hope this item will last beyond its warranty

This was the worst solar blanket i have ever seen....I didnt use it in 2014...I have use it for 4 months in 2015 and a few months this year....it has already fallen apart and i need a new one....do not buy this piece of garbage.

Defective solar blanket

We have only been using the solar blanket for a few months and already the bubbles are separating. This is certainly not what we were expecting as we have had a number of these blankets in the past and have never had it break down in such a short period of time. Possibly it is defective. Unfortunately the date to return is past.
