Fiddly, needed hacking, and too expensive for what you get
If I'd had any other choice, I wouldn't have kept this. However, being between a rock and a hard place (only thing that fit, color + design that worked OK, delivery time, no local options available, absolutely had to have some storage and needed doors, could not afford even cheapest prices elsewhere or for better quality, being in a rental unit, no time or ability to pack it back up etc.) means we are making do. It's much more disposable than I prefer to deal with and I won't ever feel I got my money's worth. The instructions are TERRIBLE and in some places outright wrong. You definitely want/need experience and/or common sense and two people to put this together. It is NOT stable. It is NOT sturdy (areas of the "wood" split and/or crumbled during the assembly process, despite considerable care being taken, it's easy to scuff the finish as well.) It tips forward when the doors are opened and closed plus wobbles and rocks side to side, and as anyone familiar with the majority of rentals knows, you cannot strap this to the wall without consequences (which are not worth what it would cost me later. Plus, I'm not even certain the provided strap would hold it anyway. And the constant manufacturer recommendations about strapping things for security are super super annoying to keep seeing/hearing, when the majority of the consumers using these items cannot risk that or it is prohibited by their lease.) We managed by hacking it somewhat, including making our own stability enhancing "footer" so it doesn't tip forward at the slightest breeze and using some other tactics for reinforcement. But we don't have children or pets or anyone with serious mobility issues to worry about. It does look OK, and it's doing the job, but it won't last long, certainly not through any further moves (and yes, it upsets me to have to put this in a landfill that fast.) And if this were in a bathroom where showers/baths were being taken daily (this is in our downstairs .5), I would expect it to last even less time, as I think it would absorb moisture. It also does have a smell. We don't find it offensive, mostly just the wood products, but it is strong and it hasn't lessened even with airing out and a fan so far, and it does make you wonder what you're breathing or how the towels are going to smell after being stored in it. Overall, it'll do, but even though I wasn't expecting much, I'm still disappointed in the overall build quality.

Pretty, minus the chemical smell.
Here is my exhaustive review of this piece of furniture (and others from the same company/set). Firstly, I've built a lot of (assembly required) furniture in my years. Anything you have to build I'd classify as cheap furniture, which sadly accounts for nearly everything in my house. The instructions were fairly straightforward and easy to follow. All the parts and pieces were there, which is more than I can say for previous builds I've done. Depending on the furniture piece, they use a lot of wood dowels. I'd recommend using wood glue to add an extra bit of sturdiness to the construction. I built four pieces within a six hour timeframe. Two spacesavers, a laundry hamper and a large corner shelf unit. Three pieces came from the RiverRidge Ellsworth collection and one from Ashland. ------------------------ PROS: The pieces are very nice. Especially the Ellsworth collection. They seem sturdy enough, though I expect some degree of degradation as time goes on. The Ashland spacesaver certainly had a cheaper feel and was much smaller than I expected. All-in-all though, they did add a bit of charm and elegance to both bathrooms. For cheap furniture. CONS: Toxic fumes! I'm a smoker for most of my life and can't smell which has its pros and cons. My wife however is very sensitive to chemical smells. In our guest bathroom, we used one spacesaver (Ashland). The smell was evident, but not overwhelming. It was tolerable. In the master, we used the hamper, spacesaver and large corner shelf (Ellsworth). It was noxious according to my wife. While I couldn't smell it, I do have sensitive sinuses which felt inflamed and experienced some dizziness. My wife had to sleep in our daughters bedroom last night because the smell was too much. (Less than 24 hours since the furniture has been in place.) The smell is not paint. It has no wood odor. Rather, a strong toxic glue smell. Something akin to a repair job we had done on our wood floor after flooding had damaged it. The combination of multiple pieces setup in a tight space like a bathroom may produce an abundance of fumes whereas a single piece in an open area might be easier to contend with. ------------------------ I moved the furniture outside and plan on leaving it there until the smell dissipates (unfortunately I already anchored the spacesavers). I'd suggest constructing the items in your garage (if you have one). If someone has a strong reaction to chemical smells, I'd pass on this. Or at the very least, keep it out of the house until it's tolerable. No idea how long that will take. The wife is trying various tricks to help with it (wiping down with white vinegar and covering in baking soda). Had I known the pieces are this much of a hassle, I've would've passed on them. They have been a headache both literally and figuratively.

Easy to assemble and does what it is use for
The item was described exactly in the description section. It was really easy to assemble and took maybe 30 min (this will of coure depend on whether you assemble this types of furnitures previously) for one person and manual was clear and easy to follow. My only gripe is, although measurement was listed on the desciption, is the lower "cross bar" that holds and stablize the legs together. Many will have an issue with the bar being obstructed by water outlet/flex hose and may have to remove the lower bar or drill a new set of holes to make it work. It would have been nice if the manufacture placed another set of holes for those that have the water outlet around 5 inches above the floor. Overall, I still gave a 5 stars, because the final product function as what it advertised. Just make sure you measure everything and compare the measurement to what it states on the description, unless you want to customize it.

So many steps involved, but sturdy and looks nice.
Assembly took forever. So many parts and pieces. Once it was done though, it looks really nice and is quite sturdy. ????

Nice unit, not for top flush toilets. Otherwise recommended.
This is a well made, lovely unit, which is fairly easy to assemble. It takes about an hour to 90 minutes to build (alone) and then a few minutes to attach to set up over the toilet and (ideally) secure to the wall. Assembled it looks really good. Unfortunately, I realized, AFTER building it, that there is not enough room under the bottom shelf to reach and press the toilet flush button. I have a top flush (low water usage) toilet vs. one with the handle on the side. I considered cutting a hole in the bottom shelf, but the distance is then too great and it would somewhat ruin the shelf. So, I had to return the unit. I was disappointed. As mentioned, it looks good and offers good storage. It was delivered quickly and in good shape. So, I recommend this unit. However, if you also have a top flush toilet, look for something that mounts on the wall, well above the top of the tank.

Nice look but chips and scratches easilly.
Neat stand, but lack of bottom board adjustability required me to drill new holes so it could fit behind my bathroom toilet. The paint chips extremely easy so be aware that a small scratch turns the item from brown to white. Otherwise it feels like walmart quality type of material.

Great storage solution for the bathroom!
I am quite happy with this purchase. My favourite part about this is how you put it all together. The instructions are very easy to follow, and right at the end it is made into 2 full pieces. The bottom half and top half. The reason why I like this is because in order to secure it, you have to screw in the screws in the middle of the back cabinet. So you will want to mark the screws accurately and then take off the top half to put in drywall plugs if you don't have studs to attach it to. I find there is a large amount of storage in the cabinet for all of our bathroom needs. The only thing I would caution like others say is whether your toilet has a top button flush or side. If you have a top button flush then you will not have easy access and I think you will get really annoyed really fast.
