Magnet kinda weak
Looks good, works fine. Wish it was a bit stronger, holds the door but you have to somewhat gently place it instead of just kind of opening as usual.

Very useful door stop
We have a door that always opens because we have brooms and mops attached to it but with this door stop that changed. The magnet is pretty strong and it surprised me as to how well it held the door in place. I would recommend this to anyone you needs a magnetic door stop.

Good :)
Bought these to replace old filthy stoppers. Old one was too strong that it took bit of strength when you want to close the door but with this one it is sturdy enough not to slam the door when there is strong wind but also smooth when you want to close. Easy to install- didn’t need my husband. The design is also great!

I only wish the magnet was stronger
This installs easily and seems to do the job, but I wish the magnet was a bit stronger. That may just be a personal preference, though. In reality it works pretty well just the way it is.

Broke after 1 year
Everything was great, it was doing exactly what you would expect. Then someone kicked the stem by accident and it snapped off. There is a simple compression fitting that holds the stem onto the plate. It didn't take a lot of force to snap it right out of this compression fitting. No way to repair it. The only answer is to remove and replace it. Sooner or later, someone will bump into this. When that happens, game over.

Work perfectly for my needs
I bought one for a troublesome door at my mom's house & after I figured out how to install it - it works perfectly! Yes, you do have to align it, yes, you have to make sure the magnet meets the "catch", if you can manage that, then it works as designed. In fact, it worked so well I promptly order another for myself! Again, I give it a 10 out of 10 for solving an irritating problem in less than 10 minutes.

Great product, keeps my door open
My bathroom door will not stay open so I would use the garbage can to prop it but it was inconvenient, I came across this product and so glad I ordered it. It was easy to install, looks great and works amazing. I love it. The one piece broke out of the package during shipping, but nothing was missing or broken.

Can't stop buying these
If you're a tall person like me, you might have experienced the pain of accidentally walking into (or worse, reversing into) the doorknob when the door swings unexpectedly closer than you think it is. These things are perfect - they hold the door flush with the wall. It is always exactly where you put it, and the doorknob no longer "surprises" you in the dark. Also, it is much better than those horrible basic "spring things" that are usually installed. It has a concealed spring in it to provide a softer contact when the door hits it than the usual bumpers. And, thanks to the magnet, it will grab the door and hang on instead of letting it bounce back at you. If you're on the fence, just buy this thing. All of my doors are done now, and I can't believe I didn't discover this years ago.
