Very large design

Way larger than I was expecting. But the design is cute. I didn't use them as I got them for a party and the size was to big. The pic are compared to a sharpy the cats dissapered because it is so tall

False qtys misleading

Description says your getting 50 pcs when In fact I got 12. I unfortunately didn't check the box till the morning we were to use them (trusting I got what I ordered) very aggravating cause now I can't return them

Fun for the whole family!

I bought these to make sand art with my kids and my nieces and nephews this summer. We made our own "sand" by coloring salt with sidewalk chalk in little baggies. The kids had so much fun (who am I kidding? we all did!)! The plastic seems quite durable. They are big enough that it took more than just a couple minutes to fill them each up. The kids loved trying to make slanted layers. I have two little problems with these... 1) The lid for the giraffe is just a pop top and comes off quite easily. The others screw on and off and have a larger opening. I glued the lids on to prevent future messes. 2) We had a really difficult time getting the sand into the ears and horns of the animals. Add that to the fact that the sand settled quite a bit as they sat and getting them full to the top was impossible! So the pretty layers the kids created have more room to move and get muddy. The kids don't seem to mind, but I was little disappointed. Perhaps these are just beginner issues and some pro out there has a solution, but it was the experience we had.

Item description incorrect!

False advertisement! Says 50 pieces, so one would read this as 25 bottles and 25 lids. When I opened this for a party with 21 kids today, there were only 12 bottle and 12 lids.

ANIMAL SAND ART BOTTLES (PACK OF 12)

My grandchildren were interested in doing some sand art so I ordered these. They are nice, but I had not realized they were so large. It takes a good deal of colored sand and somehow, they would look nicer if smaller. The children enjoyed working with them, but the sand that was ordered only allowed them to fill one animal bottle each. Not sure if the size of the bottles was listed as large. Check to be sure that's what you really want. Otherwise, it's okay.

Need more info

I really want to order these, but find it annoying that there is no description of how much sand to order. I do not want to purchase these without knowing how many pounds of sand to order so that we can fill all 12 bottles to the top.

Kids loved!

Used these at work recently and the kids were creative. Only draw back is that they take a lot of sand to fill them.
