Works like it should

I bought this mask for a small auto painting project and it worked very well. For the small amount of money it cost it's a very good value. I plan to use it again for a bigger project later this spring. You can buy this with confidence. You don't need to spend any more money unless, maybe, you're a professional or something like that. This is perfect for small jobs to protect your lungs.

Light, secure and easy to use

These things may be in demand at some point because of future Covid mutations. Though it is more likely we will need to move to full head and face coverings as China has.

the best PPE thing i've ever bought

I have had one of these respirators for 9 years. I use it with solvents and I absolutely love how it filters out the vapor completely while also feeling quite comfortable for long periods. To the reviewers who complained that the description doesn't say that it doesn't come with filters: It does. The first line of the description reads, "The 3M Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator 6000 Series helps provide protection against particulates and a wide variety of gases and vapors when used with approved cartridges and filters. When properly fitted and used with approved 3M cartridges and filters, this respirator can help provide protection". Some people buy this to filter out particles (drywall dust, sawdust, etc). Some need to filter out chemicial vapors. I would guess most people don't need every type of filter cartridge. In addition to the text, the photos clearly show the respirator fitted with types of various cartridges. (And in case anyone's wondering---no, cartridges don't last forever. You will have to replace them when they stop being effective. Mine last a long time but I also don't use them very often.)

Funcionó perfecto como se espera de 3m

Funcionó perfectamente. Lo utilicé para pesticidas y ha funcionado perfecto. No deja filtrarse nada del químico (es reconocible el olor cuando pasa ello); para exhalar, en vez de pasar el aire por el filtro lo saca por una válvula de sólo salida que está enfrente de la nariz, lo que ayuda aun que sea un poco a la respiración. Al inhalar, dicha válvula se cierra y sólo pasa el aire por el filtro. Lo anterior es eficiente y prolonga la vida del filtro. No incluye los filtros obviamente. No se debe apretar en exceso; de hecho sin mucho apretar, mantiene bien el sellado gracias a lo suave del material. No obstante, la utilicé por 13 horas seguidas y obviamente deja marcas en la cara y nariz que se quitan en un par de horas, que no hay para donde hacerse; es lo más cómoda que puede ser una máscara de esta categoría, y sólo pudera ser más cómoda una máscara de cara completa que sería muy costosa.

Didn't fit but I blame my face

Shipping was very fast and the item was exactly how it was described. Didn't fit at all though so I had to return it and get a large. The large is even a little small but it'll do the job. I'm 6' tall and 185lbs with an averaged-sized face. I would opt for a large if you aren't tiny.

FYI Mask Only - Filters Not Included

Im happy with this mask as it's exactly what I needed for safety in my stone work but I didn't realize when I bought it that I have to buy the filters in addition - In hindsight I was trying to save some time & money but lost a bit in the end when I had to pay for the filters and the mask separately- Should have just bought the package !

Mask came in an unsealed bag

The delivery was very fast but the mask was in a unsealing zip bag as shown in the pictures. Not confident with the safety of it.
