A fun, unique craft
This sand art color by number is such a fun craft. My kid had never done anything like it before. It works super well and was easy to use, but still time consuming enough to make it a nice project to keep her occupied and for awhile. Applying the sand on the right spots was very engaging for her and was a satisfying sensory experience, too.

So proud!
I gave this set to my bestie for her 2 little girls and they (ages 4 and 6) absolutely loved it. They had so much fun creating art and even hung them up in their bedrooms when they were done.

READY 2 LEARN Sand Art
This is a nice art set. It resembles paint by numbers but with sand. It's definitely not for younger kids- the box says 5+ and my almost 3 year old kept wanting to scratch the sand off. All the 4 paintings are sea themed. The reason I took off one star however is because the numbers don't peel off cleanly. The paper gets stuck to the other pieces and if it peels off a tiny bit you can't really put it back on and the sand of whatever color you are on gets under the other slots. If you have eager kiddos they can easily peel off multiple numbers at a time. In addition, one of the fishes' eyes was labeled with 2 numbers but the smaller paper wouldn't come off (it was all one piece instead of 2) so the two numbers came up together. Lastly, the colors kind of bleed onto each other. Probably not a big deal for a smaller kid but I'm a little OCD and that drove me nuts. This is even after ensuring the color I was working on was well coated. I suggest you put on the darker colors first and work your way to the lighter colors. For whatever reason I chose to do white first and I should have done it last. I didn't really have trouble getting the sand out of the bottle but it would get stuck a little from time to time. All I did was make the bottle go back up right and then turn it upside down again giving it small puffs of air with soft squeezes. This worked well for me. It's a bit messy too so I recommend putting something under it. In my opinion, it's not easy saving the leftover sand (the colors start mixing together) so small amounts at a time with finger pats work best. Overall it's a good set for the price. Definitely for older more patient kiddos.

Fun Color-By-Numbers Sand Art Set
This Ready to Learn sand art set is a lot of fun! It's very simple and easy for kids to understand thanks to the numbered section system. The sticker design also helps to make the finished piece look good so budding artists of any skill levels can be proud. Great art kit for little ones!

Great First Sand Craft!
This is a great starter sand art craft! Each of the pictures is number coded, so it's like a color by number but with sand! You simply peel the numbered stickers off then pour the correct color of sand on the spots you've revealed and then dump the excess sand off onto another sheet of paper or cookie sheet/tray to pour it back into the bottle. it's a little tricky to get the stickers off but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. I'll update with pictures when we craft with this again, I had taken pictures but they've disappeared somehow! I would recommend this to others and I feel it's giftable to any artist age 5+! Hope this has helped you!

Fun but messy kids activity
This was a fun art project to do together with my kids. It definitely requires adult assistance and a decent amount of patience. Also, if you don't like sand all over your floor, this may not be ideal for you. This includes four under the sea themed pictures and frames to display them in when they are finished. There are 10 different sand colors and sticks to help peel off the paper for each number. The bottles of sand are a little difficult to get sand out of so I ended up taking the caps off and poured out a large amount for them. The paper backings with the numbers on them is a little tricky to take off, some of the pieces are not fully separated and often with tiny pieces, they'll come along with the larger pieces since they are stuck together. There is more than enough sand included and we have a bunch leftover we can use for another project. Overall, the floor was covered with sand and it took a bit of time to complete, but this sand art kit is a fun activity to do with kids.

Fun summer craft! Missing some sand colors
I have a 10 year old and 7 year old twins and they love doing crafts so I thought I would try these over summer. My kids loved making these! PROS: 1. My kids loved the designs and had alot of fun with this! The colors are bright 2. This took up alot of time! It does make some mess but it was worth it 3. It comes with some little blue frames easy to stick the finished papers into 4. We were concerned that there wouldn't be enough sand but there was plenty for everyone! Make sure you have a bowl for each color to tap the extra into as you go CONS: 1. My kit didn't have all the colors. We had doubles of green and blues and missing white and pink. I used white glitter I already had for the white which worked fine. 2. Some of the sand was hard to get out of the nozzle sometimes and we ended up taking the nozzle off and pouring out of the bottle directly 3. The sticker paper was hard to peel off and wasnt cut completely thru in some areas so I had to help and replace some areas.
