I do quite a bit of gardening and own many pots. These are my favorite brand and own 8 of them . They are very good looking and DO NOT LOOK like inexpensive plastic. The trick to keeping them looking great is wiping them down with a plastic restorer. This intensifies and protects the color and the planter. I have 5 terracotta and 3 brown -great neutral colors. UPDATE :5/4/23 I ordered another terracotta colored pot and the quality has gone down. I sent it back only to get another and the quality lacking. Color is off ,too much brown in it . The color is NOT evenly distributed ,scratches and scuffs EVERYWHERE. It looks like seconds quality not first The restorer I use that works the best is 3D Trim Careand it is used for cars.

Beautiful

I love PSW's pots .They are extremely well made ,durable and look expensive in person. They are lightweight but DO NOT look like plastic. I use a plastic restorer on them every season and the color stays . Try a plastic restorer on them before you try paint to bring the color back .....it works quite well.

Lovely, but color FADES in the sun

I love this planter overall, and have just purchased a second pair to go along with my first two. The dark gray color is perfect for my house. The finish does not look like cheap plastic and yet it's lightweight and withstands the weather. HOWEVER: my lovely dark gray has faded to pale gray/white after being in the sun for a couple of years. I think I'm going to try using plastic spray paint on the, but they will never have the nice shading as they did originally. Just know that they'll fade if you keep them in the sun.

Excellant Quality Planter

This planter looks like terra cotta, but is a composite material. The weight is good, not as heavy as terra cotta but heavy enough that strong winds should not blow it over when a large plant (like the Rockin' salvia series) is planted in it as happened with lighter weight resin planters. The material looks as though it will last a long time. It is heavier than the thin-walled resin planters that tend to become brittle after several years in the weather. I think it will withstand being left on the patio during the winter months with freezing and thawing that accompanies zone 5 weather better than terra cotta. Time will tell, but so far I am pleased.

Very attractive pot for any room in your house. Not to heavy where you can move it if necessary. Holds quite a bit.

This pot is a very nice, with rich terracotta color and expensive looking design detail. It cost a little more than some pots, but looks like it!
