Durevole e resiste agli elementi sia in acqua salata che in acqua dolce. Il palo in alluminio è antiruggine, resistente alla corrosione. Did the trick until it lost it's grip

Did the trick on our bow rider until the fitting lost it's grip. Poles came apart then fitting flew into the water. I've looked all over the internet for another fitting can replace it, but haven't had any luck so far. (Update - sorry to whomever just read my review, hope you see this...) I contacted the company about what happened. They courteously shipped the parts I lost at no charge. They were slightly different, but no matter, they work just fine. Just took the boat out for the first time this year and they still work. If you get these, just BE SURE you have they fittings tight! Raising my review from 3 to 4 stars because of the company's response.

time will tell

Just received these on time and no damage. No instructions were includedbut you don't really need any. Installation and assembly was very easy and the total install took about a half hour. It lifted my bimini top up over my outboard motor just as I had hoped. When they are extended they seem to hold the top but I dont know how sturdy they will be under boating conditions the plastic hardware seems flimsy but hopefully it'll hold. I will definitely keep the straps on the top as a backup but at the very least this product did serve the main purpose of getting the top out of the way in my boat and that was the mainreason for this purchase.

good addition to my bimini top

these where a good addition to my bimini top,they eliminated the need for the back straps on the top and am able to leave my top in a semi up position as I didn't have a spot to lay the top in a down position.the poles are sturdy just wish they came with metal hardware, not that I have had any problems, the nylon hardware seams sufficient just believe the sun will have an effect on the nylon after maybe a few years,and will probable have to replace the nylon hardware with metal then.the nylon hardware is the only reason for a 4 star and not a 5

Broke on first outing

The plastic ends on these are just not up to the task. Had one snap off 45 minutes into our first trip out on the water, and we lost the pole in the water. Unclear if the bottom end came free from the pole causing the top one to snap off, or if the top one snapped and ripped the bottom end out of the pole. In any case it failed at both ends.

Perfect for keeping a bimini top out of the way!

Got these support poles for my brother-in-law and he can't stop raving about them. Makes it so much easier to store the boat top out of the way without having to move it to lift the motor, and it prevents people from tripping on it because it's in the way. Great quality, and he said the installation was easy. Couldn't find any at a local marine store, but I can always count on Amazon to have what I'm looking for!

Got these for4 BOW BLACK BIMINI BOAT COVER TOP WITH ZIPPERED BOOT FITS 73"-78" WIDTH BEAM BOAT COVERS V-HULL FISHING SKI BOAT RUNABOUT PRO BASS INBOARD OUTBOARD BOAT COVERS BIMINI and I like them a lot. Since I use my boat for fishing inland lakes space is always at a premium. With these I can leave the top closed and suspended when not in use and be able to walk under it, great if you have a 4 legged fishing partner also. (When these poles are attached be advised that you will not be able to set your top all the way down without disconnecting one end or by pulling the poles apart at the connector) They are well worth buying and you have the option to secure your top at a variety of heights.

Plastic connector already cracked

Functional, but not solid or top of the line

This product should be used with careful planning. It comes with clamped nylon eyelets, and nylon 90 degree mounts, and the poles are aluminum. I mounted these on my crownline 225 to hold up the Bimini while still in the sock. First time out, one of the nylon eyes broke in two. I replaced the nylon eyes with stainless steel eyes and the mounts with stainless as well. The thumb screws that hold the adjustable poles where you want them to be, scratch and mar the aluminum finish on the pole. So if you looking for something to slide up and down, you will easily see where you screw it down on the poles. Not very appealing to someone wanting a nice finished look to the boat. IMO, not worth the money, but cheaper than others.
