These are my go to tees. Used to use the yellows but these have a better height for my swing. They work better than the yellows if you find yourself on spongy tee boxes or ones that need mowed. I will always use these. They can take a beating too as far as durability but its still a golf tee so I will break one or two a round. Will be back for more!

Modern drivers need longer tees -- a little thing that is a big deal

I have these tees in the yellow shorter version and they are great. Got the blue longer ones because I want to tee the ball just a little higher. The color band helps me know how far down I've shoved it in but that's never been a big issue for me as I use the feel of my hand to judge the height. The better use of the color band is that I can easily see which length tee I have pulled from my pocket or cart-tee-holder. To me, this is the main reason I buy tees instead of using the free tees that are supplied by my home course. I want consistency and I am will to buy $10 worth of tees every few years to help. Think of it like playing the same brand and model ball all year instead of whatever ball you find. Blue for driver. Yellow for 3-wood. Short guys for hybrids and irons. More good news: they last a long time (not forever like some plastic ones but they don't break after ever drive either). They have a small, but not too small, cup. I liked the Zero Friction tees with the three prongs until a change in some meds made my hands shake ever so slightly some mornings (really it is the meds not the drinking :)) and made teeing the ball a chore in windy conditions because the ball kept falling off unless the tee was perfectly vertical and my hand was steady. I play a lot and have noticed that I am not alone with the small cup tees being a challenge for guys when tee boxes are not perfectly level and the wind is up. These Pride Tees are perfect because the cup is still small but not so small that you need to have the tee exactly straight and set the ball perfectly on the tee for it to stay. 3 1/4 is a good length for modern drivers (they also make a 4" version that some of you may need). Over the last few years, driver faces have been changed to produce better results off the top half of the face compared to even the center. In part, that is why we all need to tee the ball a little higher than we did even five years ago. If you bought a new driver in the past few years (like spent $200 - $400), make sure your tees are long enough for you to get the most out of your new stick. Amazon price and Prime shipping made this huge bag of tees a great value. This bag should last at least 60-100 rounds.

Idk how people can hit a driver with a tee any shorter than this

I’ve got to the point this height and up is all I can hit with my driver. Tried to go back lower when I run out and can’t hit it for the life of me. As far as the brand it’s recognizable and decent for the money. I like plastic tees as well but read too much and got convinced in a couple instances of wood tees producing less spin as well as round heads as opposed to prong style. For me I’ve realized that’s bs because I ran out of mine last weekend and was hitting bombs with any style random plastic tee no matter the style as long as the height was there.

My colleague recommended this tee. My previous tee was solid color. Sometimes I had trouble to find proper setup height. But this tee has blue stripe and it helps to set up.

Helps with driver loft!!

If you struggle with getting the ball in the air off the tee then this may be the product for you!! I struggle with loft on my driver (22 handicap). This is the highest wooden tee I have found to date, and it really helps me get the ball in the air. Pressed into the grass until the blue painted band disappears, the tee is slightly higher than an orange castle tee. I tend to leave about 3 or 4mm of the blue band above the grass as it helps me get the ball in the air. The wooden tees won't last as long as a plastic tee, but they don't break too often.
