Adequate Sauna Vest

This vest came pretty much as expected. The neoprene material is great for building up a sweat. The vest is easy to put on, and the zipper front is better, in my opinion, than connecting the sides with velcro. The one shortcoming that I have with this is that the vest is a little on the large side. I have a 44-46" chest, and the small vest was still a little roomy on my body. The velcro strap allows you to tighten it somewhat, by my expectation would be that a small would fit a little more snuggly than this one does. However, that is the only downside on this vest. I had it on for a couple hours and really felt the sweat. I think it will be an excellent addition to my workouts, whether lifting weights or walking on the treadmill or the elliptical machine. Definitely better than I had initially anticipated.

Makes me sweat and hides my belly, perfect!

I found the vest to be sized accordingly. The vest seems well made and the velcro holds well. I had no issues with the comfort. Definitely helps getting a sweat on at the gym and making my belly disappear is an added bonus.
