Part missing but rest works fine

Have the exact same model but the plastic paper holder broke (after 30+ years of use) so I just wanted to order the very same thing so there wasn't any new placement measuring and drilling nonsense to deal with. I'm not trying to impress anyone and it's perfectly fine anyway. All that said, this was an extremely affordable replacement from Moen (less than $3 at the time on Amazon) and I was happy they still made it. When I opened the package I saw that the plastic bag containing all the parts was already torn open a little bit, apparently just enough for the toilet paper holder to slip out (or be removed). And that was the part that broke on the old one so that was the part I really needed. Called customer support telephone number for Moen but wasn't available on the weekend. Decided to send an email but the email contact form required an address that included a required field for your Canadian Province. I live in the United States. It wouldn't allow me to submit my question without filling out the Province field. So I gave up. Going to Home Depot now to buy a plastic toilet paper holder that will cost me $1.89. I guess you get what you pay for. If the entire set came intact, with the plastic toilet paper holder, this would've been a very different review, and I did give it 4 stars because of the affordability and decent quality. UPDATE AS OF FEB. 14, 2023 - Home Depot didn't carry the right part in stock. Waited until after the weekend to call customer service (because customer service is only available during the week from 9 am - 5 pm.). Called the number supplied on the Amazon website for Moen support and the recording directed U.S. callers to call the U.S. Support number. Called that number and got through. They are shipping out a whole new set which I'll receive in 7-10 days. I'm happy they were able to help but that was a lot of hoops to jump through to get a part.

Holds the TP for Cornholio

The Great Cornholio approves. Installed easy enough . Holds adequately and the roller is superb. Use your own screws if your wall or cabinet is hard. The screws that come with the item are an inferior species of metal .

No brainer purchase!

VERY Solid, simple, looks ok and its dirt cheap! No instructions but its simply two screws to install. Note that it is a tapered base fitting, so when you space the toilet roll supports, you have to check the distance between the portion closest to the surface you are screwing it to. If you measure at the point where the roll holder is, the toilet paper roll will be too wide to fit between the attachment bases near the wall.

Toilet paper holder

This paper holder has a white plastic middle part which is not noticable. If you not building a specially designed rest/bathroom this item good enough. No need to buy $30 holder if the $3 unit does the same job with almost the same appearance.

Easy install
