Good net/leaf rake at an amazing price

This works very well for me, it allows me to clean up large quantities of leaves and debris in the Fall or after strong wind. I already had aPoolmaster 21160 Molded Leaf Skimmer - Premier Collection which works great to quickly scoop out a few leaves from the pool. However when confronted with a large number of items the deep net is needed. Because the net is so deep I was concerned that I would have to use my hands to dump out and clean the net. However when you flip it upside down and shake it the net easily turns inside out and the debris falls right out. I am happy with my purchase and would buy this product again.

BEST POOL SCOOP NET I'VE HAD

Great pool scoop net. Very durable this is 2nd one I bought. The 1st lasted several years with a lot of use. We run our pool from April to November and use in winter to scoop leaves off net cover as well as in season use.

Good for leaves

This is a lot bigger than I as expecting, but it does the job in getting leaves out. Smaller debris, not so much, as it has a fairly course weave in the net. I'd recommend it for anyone that has a neighbor whose leaves tend to fall into our yard, not theirs, every fall season. I like my neighbor - hate his trees!

Seems very well made

Though we actually haven't used this skimmer yet, it is MUCH more sturdy and well built than any I have personally touched or used. I predict it will be just right for daily quick clean ups! Quick works for me!

Heavy-duty; just what I needed

This is an excellent skimmer net. It is plenty heavy-duty, but not exceedingly heavy. It works well to "scoop" stuff off the bottom of the pool. The net is just the right size, allowing scooping and skimming, then popping the contents onto the deck. The price was fair as well.

Lacking

After using this product for a couple of weeks I found this skimmer a little lacking. The shallow net allows many of the gathered leaves to escape, and I find myself having to empty the net much more frequently than with a large type net. I used to be able to skim my pool in one session before emptying the net into the trash. I'll use this till it falls apart, but going back to the larger " bag " type net.
