Love these - but insist onones manufactured by Keeney. Knock-offs are poor quality
I love thee, but only purchase ones manufactured by Keeney. Knock-off are of poor quality. However, dirty water will cause the value to stick either shut ( won't allow take to fill) or open (water continue to overfill tank) and not shut off.

Great product
This product works great to replace the traditional "stick and ball" fill valves. A lot less parts to work with. Fast shipping by seller.

Last for years and is a ten minute change out.
Don't need to pay a plumber a hundred plus an hour for a house call to replace it. Ten minutes to change it out after more than a decade of use. Easy water level adjustment and it is completely silent. I have used them for years and have them in several bathrooms. At the price I always keep a spare. Rating should be a five but it does not come with a flapper so thats another expense if that becomes an issue.

Product Fails Easily to Hard Water
After using this type of product for 15 years the replacements fail after only few days of use. Recently I had my well pump replaced. During the pump replacement I had to shut off my main water supply several times. When that happens you draw water from your pressure tanks and not the well. That caused my faucet aerators and my toilet fill valves to become clogged with sediment. So I spent a round of replacing aerators and valves for three toliets. And after only a few days use the mini-valves all began to fail. They would not shut off. In a space of two months I have purchased at least 12 of these mini valves for the three toilets. I have determined that a combination of hard water, iron sediment, and possibly Chlorine tablets will kill these mini-valves. I took the drastic step of locating and purchasing the original "float ball" valves made by Kohler that were meant for my toilets. They were not cheap. But at least I can bend the shaft for the float ball to a good position and it shuts off the valve. My Kohler toilets will not accept the valves sold by Home Depot as they are too tall for my fill tank. That's why these Mini-Valves were so perfect as they sit at the bottom of the tank and tank height is not an issue.

Ok for the money.
I ordered two of these to replace my other toilet valves, one works great the other one leaks a very small amount during the day, not enough that I'm going to change it at this point.

Some work, some don't
This style valve is what came on my toilet and every year or so I need to replace it as they don' t seem to holdup, but I have tried other styles of fill valves and the other kind are very noisey and don't fit very well in the tank. I was reading reviews on these valves and I agree with what one guy said 'buy 3 and hope 1 will work okay' . This is true after having used/tried many of this style fill valve, they are not consistant. Either they can't be adjusted, overflow, or just don't hold the fill height setting and I would have to adjust it all the time or listen to it overflow without stopping. So I ordered 3 and the second worked, maybe the third one will work when the second one wears out.

Functions well
I have used this type of filler before and like this style much better than typical filler. Have had less problems with this type. This particular one is slightly noisier at the end of the fill when shutting off than previous ones I have bought but still functions well.

Passé proche d'être idéal !
J'ai changé un même système qui était trop plein de sable (nous avons un puits de surface) et ne remplissait plus la chasse d'eau, j'adorais ce système qui ne prend pas de place dans notre déjà très petit réservoir de chasse d'eau. Malheureusement si ce nouveau morceau fonctionne impeccablement pour remplir selon la hauteur choisie avec la vis...il n'est pas capable d'arrêter complètement l'arrivée d'eau une fois le niveau désiré atteint et ça part dans le trop plein ! Gaspillage d'eau mais en plus avec un puits...ça peut nous mettre à sec ! Recherche sur le net, c'est apparement la faiblesse de ce système. Val
