Just right for medium duty jobs.
Colors and reflectors (not an X back vest) are superior for safety. I would rate the long term durability great if your job was not too physical. The more physical your job is, the higher possibility you might need several of these for a long term job. The vest and all pockets could be described as "medium weight." For your job, you would not depend on putting many things in pockets, especially heavy things or tools that could poke or tear. On the upper left side it has a strap for a clip style device, such as a walk talki. The clip could be as wide as three inches but the strap itself is not heavy duty. It does have cell phone shaped, velcro closure, but possibly not big enough for a cell phone pocket on the outside right chest that has a clear window..... Great for an ID badge. Opposite side pocket, chest high on the left has no velcro. And is also cell phone shaped. That is a combo pocket because it has three small pockets in front of it for pens. OK pockets with a small piece of vecro on either side of the outside lower portion. The low inside right pocket is large but mostly open topped even though it has a velcro strap closer in the middle. Could be large enough to carry a clipboard if the paper pincher was not large like the old fashioned kind. Surely big enough to carry some 8x11 paperwork but the paperwork could get scrunched if not protected. Certainly big enough to put a squashed ball cap or squashed sun hat. The other-side, inside low pockets are smaller, open and don't have don't have velcro. One big enough for a cell phone or two packs of cigarettes and one that would be good for a couple of large permanent marker pens ...maybe big enough for, not all, but some small types of sunglasses. Maybe you have a use for, but I certainly don't, the very large zippered pocket in the low rear portion near the small of your back. Maybe a squashable sun hat or a lightweight foldable rain coat?

Nice quality
I like this Vest because it is not thin and cheap feeling. It washes nice too. Definitely has enough pockets for me. I use one of the chest pockets for my radio and the loop for my mic.

Good Product But Not Exactly As Shows In Pictures.
The best was great quality and made well. There are lots of pockets and storage compartments which was nice. I ordered this particular one because it was what I was needing with the X on the back as shown in the pictures, but it didn’t come with the X on the back, so you don’t get exactly what is shown.

Quality is good but...
Quality of the vest is great, bought it for a job that needed the X on the back. First one we ordered didn't have it kept it anyways, second we ordered still didn't have it.. Not to happy considering we need it for a job Saturday and today is Thursday..

The very fits very well.
The quality is very good and it will keep you warm in the winter but, it can be hot in the summer because, of its thickness. Overall the vest is great and it has plenty of pockets.
