Gorgeous but with some production defects + update

I have received my order today (18 May, ordered 30 April) and it's superfast as the shipment is to Russia with customs clearance. The shipment (UPS) and the package are in a great condition although box has been opened by autorities. The items are gorgeous as expected. BUT! 3 of them are with production defects. The soucer has a decal imperfections. Two dinner plates have black points and spots inside the white mass and under the glaze. The melamine sponge doesn't work in this case. Now I'll try to exchange only 3 of this items, not the whole sets because otherwise it would be really difficult with Russian customs. Also I expect to receive the second parcel with 3 more sets - will write a review later. UPDATE: I've received the second parcel with 3 sets. It's a pity, but there are also defective items(( So it seems that Lenox lacks quality control both at production steps and at the final QC . If you'are planning to buy these items one by one be very careful with dinnes plates (3 out of 6 are defective with minor black dots and marks in mass) and saucers (3 out of 6 have decal damage done before glazing). The rest is more or less ok. One plate has a very small imperfections of platinum outer line which I would have acceped if there were no other promles. Amazon offers free replacement and free pick-up by DHL, so I hope we will somehow manage to get a beautiful half-dozen set.

We received this as a wedding gift and have used it every day so far. It's great. We picked it out because we wanted nice china that didn't need to be handwashed. These plates have held up well over 6 weeks of daily use.

All arrived broken, horrible packaging

I was so excited to get my package today. However, due to horrible packaging, all the cups were broken. Three had broken handles and one was completely smashed. The cup itself is so pretty. It’s a shame they arrived broken. Please label these packages as fragile.
